    Product review
This a great product and helps with my yoga mat

The only mat you will ever need!
Is this yoga towel mat pricy? Yes. Will it be the only one you need to buy for a looong while? Absolutely. I see everyone is mentioning the price which is understandable, but I would like to go over the benefit of paying more upfront for a sustainable product.I must have purchased at least 20 yoga mats in the past 10 years. Those traditional foam mats smell, rip, and fall apart-some sooner than others. In this time, I have paid way more than the price of this mat. This one is soft, and non-slip. Easy to clean and store away.

Expensive but does exactly what it says. Quick drying and non slip, VERY absorbent!
One expensive towel BUT it is a dang good one.Non slip truly means non slip, this thing does not budge when laid out on to the floor. Very soft and very absorbent (dries really quick too!), easy to maintain too. You’re paying a lot here up front but you’re definitely getting what you paid for.

    Well made.
It’s a bit pricey, but it’s very well made. My wife likes it so far!

Dries quick, absorbs nicely, and many colors to choose from
This towel is great for the gym or home use. It comes in a variety of stylish colors, absorbs great, and doesn’t slip if you’re using it as a mat. Overall a solid yoga mat towel and would buy again.

    Functional and fine
I like that this is so thin and light without feeling cheap, dried quickly too. When laid out it’s a little more narrow than I would like. The non-slip grips are nice, but each individual one is really small so the effect isn’t as good as say with grippy socks for barre or pilates class. I think with another two inches width, and grippier dots this would be 5 stars for me.

    Pricey but so well made
Yogitoes commands a higher price, so others unfamiliar with the how or why may not understand: There really are few competitors that make a yoga product with the high attention to quality of this brand. So let’s talk about this mat/towel, and determine if it’s worth the value charged for it.1) Doesn’t skid. Like, at all. Or barely. And I mean barely. The entire rear side is dotted with silicone that keeps this in place, atop your yoga mat or on a hardwood floor.2) Soft. Like very soft. Almost soft enough to use as the sole material on a hard floor (and if I were younger, I’d probably use it that way on days I don’t have my mat). And soft enough that when you’re done working out, you can “wipe your face in it” soft.3) Speaking of wiping your face in it…this is absolutely absorbent. Whether or not you use this for yoga, hot yoga (not a fan of that kind, btw) or during/after running on your treadmill, this will slop up the sweat.4) And this slops up sweat and works as a towel for a variety of exercises. Of course, it’s not something to tote around from machine to machine at a fitness center (too long…too big) but it’s great for many during and after workouts.5) Pops into washer and air dries quickly. Easy to maintain. But really durable in the process. So this is something that may be a bit more $$$ …and still, this is not a yoga towel that will fall apart after a handful or a dozen of uses. It has a thickness that will endure. It is coated entirely on one side with silicone dots that are not cheap but of substantial quality. And the fibers are not all pilled, nor are many fibers if any laying loose in the package when you unroll this. It’s well made, so there is that. It really depends on how much you’re willing to extend for a product as this. At least I can attest to how this is well made. Good luck deciding!Dr. Jay 🥸

    Happy with it
I would never have paid $60 for a yoga towel but I got it for free so I thought I’d give it a go. All in all I am happy with it. The material is really nice. It’s this nubby woven fabric, sort of like upholstery material but obviously softer. It’s very grippy for your hands and feet. Other towels I’ve used have just been loops or microfiber, and they have to get wet and sweaty before they are sticky. That’s not great for me because I’m not much of a sweater. This one is sticky from the get go. Underneath it has little silicone dots that keep the mat in place. You can definitely feel them through the towel as you practice but that wasn’t an issue. I usually practice at home with a natural rubber mat from Jade Yoga and I have to say that this is definitely not as grippy as that mat. My feet slipped once, when I was trying to jump from crouching dog into malasana (iykyk). But my usual mat is super, super grippy and I would not expect a towel to be able to beat it. I also gave this towel a try on its own on a hardwood floor, for science. It did ok. There was some movement in transitions to standing poses, but it’s supposed to be used on top of a mat, not alone on a slippery floor. So, while I don’t think it’s going to work on its own as a travel mat, and I don’t think I will be using it every day, it’s definitely nice to have it for hot yoga and for when I don’t have my mat with me. Oh, I got the “moon” colorway and it’s really pretty. The color is what I’d describe as cobalt or cornflower blue. Because of the nubbiness there’s a lot of variation in shade which looks really nice. It’s definitely a high quality fabric and, depending on your needs, might be worth the price.
