Grip & comfort!
It took me a while to find a mat with the perfect balance between grip & comfort. And THIS IS IT! First of all the Pagoda Blue color is BEAUTIFUL. It has 2 layers – the top rubbery part has some textures that gives me good grip and stability for yoga & mat pilates classes (I don’t do hot yoga though). And the bottom foamy part has ample thickness to support my pelvis and knees. I don’t find myself reaching for my knee pads anymore 🙂 The whole construction feels solid & durable.It rolls up pretty nicely for a very thick mat, and it is a little heavier than your average yoga mats if you need to carry it to class but it’s so worth it in my opinion.The only annoying part is the strap that comes free with it. It’s strong but not elastic, so it takes me forever to pack my mat out of class. In the meantime, I got separate elastic velcro straps from another Amazon brand ELLENTURE (4th photo). Been awesome so far – quick release and strongly hold this mat’s thickness – though I am still looking for a nice carrier so I can go hands-free.

Great Mat
This may is easy to use, and roll back up, it has great grip and was a great value, it is comfortable to use and makes yoga enjoyable. I like the size Iâm 5â3â and it didnât smell like rubber.

My old yoga was literally falling apart and become too thin.This is so thick and does not slip.

Durable and love pink pattern on one side and solid pink on other side.
Not worth returning because mat is a little toofirm for me. Was used to a thicker and softer yogamat but that one was not as durable even for indoor use. This mat is very durable and I may use it as a floor mat to walk on. Heavier than soft foam mats. Sticks to floor fine and seems to have average grip to hands & feet.

Perfect Yoga Mat
This is the perfect yoga mat! Great comfort and stability when I use it. Very easy to clean and durable unlike some other cheaper yoga mats. It has a very nice thickness and just a perfect size overall.

Great look and comfort, but horrible smell & some quality issues
I absolutely love the look and feel of this mat, the thickness is helpful on my knees during yoga. However, Iâve had it for 3 months now (I air it out outside every night) and the rubber smell is awful, itâs SO strong still ð Itâs very distracting from my practice, I almost canât use it. The other issue is that the rubber started rubbing off where my hands/feet go after just a few uses. I may reach out for a replacement if the smell doesnât go away soon. If it werenât for this, itâs a great mat comfort wise.

Nice thick mat, made with natural materials
The thickness of this mat makes it extra comfortable on joints. I had to get rid of my old mat, as the smell, or off-gassing of the toxic materials of which it was made never went away. I have none of that problem with this mat, and it is a joy to use, knowing the material is healthier/ natural and experiencing no odor
