Exactly what I needed
I began yoga and stretch fitness then fell in love with it. I learned that a strap makes a difference and found this one with the sewn in loops. GAME CHANGER! What a difference this makes! It’s strong yet soft and does not abrade my hands at all and i really love the purple color! The 1″ width is perfect and I’m tall …5’10” so the length is necessary for me. It folds up small and slips right into my yoga bag. Having this strap allows me to do moves and get into positions I could not do without it. I highly recommend this strap and it’s an excellent value for the price! A+

Great band for stretching
This is a great stretching band for the price. It’s basic, but gets the job done.I didn’t think I needed the built-in loops that run the length of the band, but they’re actually very helpful for foot placement or hand grips. It makes it more versitile.The band is very sturdy, and plenty long.

Nice Stretching Strap
If you’ve ever tried stretching without a wall or a chair or something to hold onto, you quickly find it is very difficult. A strap like this allows you to stretch while doing exercises or for warm-up, or for certain yoga positions. This strap is a nice and solid, but of a soft material with multiple hand/foot holds. It works very well.All in all, this is a good buy.

It’s a great strap, I’m going to use this to stretch with. I haven’t been stretching much because I found it difficult without assistance, this will make it possible.
