I love how these don’t ride up my legs, but rather they stay secure while I am using them. I use them to warmup my legs or even while I am doing normal sets. Great quality, great material, and super cute colors. I love them!!

These hip bands are made beautiful. Three different sizes. Light medium and heavy, very good quality. This is what I’ve been looking for for. They don’t roll down like the plain rubber ones, very comfortable for the Material is soft, and very versatile . The price is awesome.

I have bought like 6 packs of these for my work as a P.T. they are very versatile and get the job done. Helps tremendously is strenthing hips, quads, and hamstrings. Certainly worth the money. Colors are pretty. They wash well in the machine and are still very durable. Easy on and off and the elasticness is great.

They work well and don’t slip. They feel durable. The material is thick. There is a noticeable difference between the three levels of resistance. However, they smell STRONGLY of formaldehyde. I bought months ago and they still smell.

I like the soft fabric, its comfortable. Durable & high quality. The thickness is great for support and effectiveness in doing strength related exercises. I previously used rubber type bands. This is a step up for a great price/value.

I was not happy with the plastic bands sold at Canadian Tire, they pinched and crinkled. These are firm, donât pinch or crinkle. Would recommend. Great price.

I’m a stay at home mom so I don’t have the luxury of going to the gym. I’ve been struggling with finding ways to workout besides taking the stroller out for a walk and this is perfect! Easy way to do a quick few minute workout here and there throughout the day when I have the time. Very sturdy so you don’t have to worry about it snapping and hitting your kid like the plastic ones. They even had a nice bag to keep them in to take to the park and use for a couple minutes while the kid is on the playground! I don’t see any downsides and recommend to all my mom friends!
