These blocks are used for morning yoga and work wonderful for support during several of the stretches.They are light but solid. They are a great product for a great price.

I am a yoga teacher and I needed to buy several blocks for my chair yoga class. I bought these because they are pretty inexpensive. They are very light weight. I wouldn’t buy for a studio where they would get used alot but other than that it would be worth buying if you need a pack.
