Better than any Pushup Handles out there
This product is a game-changer not just for yoga but for push-ups as well! I was initially skeptical about the price, especially when compared to other push-up handles in the market, but trust me, there’s a good reason why these sturdy, ergonomic handles cost more. Most push-up handles have a very narrow bar, which means you end up putting all your weight on a small surface area. This can be extremely uncomfortable and even lead to injuries in the long run. These handles are by far the widest I’ve found; they allow for equal weight distribution, resulting in less strain and more comfort during your workouts.I started using push-up handles because my wrists would hurt from doing push-ups directly on the floor. Regular handles did help to some extent by allowing me to keep my wrist straight, but they wreaked havoc on my carpal tunnel. It was a frustrating compromise until I found these incredible handles. These handles are, without a doubt, the best in the market. They have a divot for you thumb and wide grip to provide exceptional support and significantly reduce the strain on your wrists and hands. In short, if you’re struggling with discomfort or pain during your push-ups, do yourself a favor and invest in these handles. They are worth every penny. The comfort and support they offer are unmatched – you won’t regret it!

Great aid for arthritic hands and wrists.
I use these for yoga and body pump classes. I use them for push-ups and for poses like down-dog. Since using these I have increased the number of push-ups I can do because my hands do not hurt. Therefore, I am stronger, therefore, I am healthier. I make sure they go with me to every class. Well worth the price.

    Perfect for yoga and calisthenics
Bought these about a year ago and can’t think of any cons with this product. It’s stable, well built, durable, and grippy both on the floor and the hand. My wife uses it for yoga because she has a bad wrist and I use it for calisthenics where I put all of my body weight on for planche practice, L-sits, etc. daily. There isn’t any sign of wear on it so a bit surprised I see reviews from other people with tears and things. Highly recommend not just for yoga but even to use as parallettes for calisthenics.

    Actually works
I experience wrist pain related to carpal tunnel. These things make it so that I can practice yoga without any pain!! No slipping. Very very stable. I feel comfortable doing arm balances on these. Highly recommend if you have sensitive wrists. Thank you to the creators for making such a dope product!

    Helps with planks/pushups
Bought these for a yoga student of mine. She is 84 and said I want these to help my wrist when doing planks. She loves them. They are sturdy and comfortable.

excellent for my injured thumb, but worn out sooner than expected
I never liked using any gadget for yoga. and thinking how was this thing possible to help me with my injured thumb during yoga… i continued my yoga and my thumb got worse and worse. until my thumb hurt so bad that i could not even do down dog… Finally i decided that I need to give it a try or i need to just stop yoga completely to avoid permanently injured my thumb.I am so glad! my thumb is still not healed and prob never will fully recover. but i can do down dog, and other poses, etc again without hurting too much. thank you so much for this great yoga grip!

    Great company! Excellent grips!
I’m a yoga instructor and I ordered my yoga grips in June 2021 and have been enjoying the product for over a year practicing yoga almost every other day. However, last week (Jan 2023) during yoga side plank position the right yoga grip broke right down the center. It split in the middle. I spoke to Chris the owner of the business to see if he has any suggestions to fix it and he was so wonderful to have sent me a new pair and in addition he added a pair of gloves for the new grips. I am so grateful for his service. As a yoga instructor, I strongly recommend these grips. They are excellent for your wrists and also ergonomic! I tried other brands and they don’t help elevate your body weight impact on the wrists as much as these grips. Thanks again Chris for developing a great product.

Relieves wrist angle but puts all weight on small area of palm, causing hand pain
I have some hand and wrist pain from working at a computer all day, and the more I practice yoga, the more the pain is exacerbated. My wrists just can’t handle weight on that 90-degree angle bend. I have a pair of Wags gloves (gloves with a wedge in the palm to alleviate the angle) which help my writs a bit, but they sometimes cause hand pain because my palms aren’t able to make full contact with the mat.I found myself having to do some poses on my fists, so I decided to try these bars instead to help remove my wrists from the equation. I went with these because they were made with yoga in mind and seemed to have more ergonomic palm support than your typical “push-up bars” which I hoped would helped avoid hand pain.I washed them first with soap and water as instructed. Once washed they have lots of grip to them both on the bottoms and the hand pads, and also have a slight “squish” to them which is nice. They feel stable and don’t slip on the mat at all.Unfortunately they’re not for me – I watched their video and read the instructions for proper hand placement, but no matter what I tried, these caused hand pain because it felt like all my weight was being concentrated on a smaller point on my hands, rather than being spread out across the whole palm. There was just too much pressure on the center of the palm and base of the thumb joint, as I marked in my photos. Having my weight on these in poses like plank was just way too hard on the hands. I have a better time just being on my fists honestly, because the weight gets distributed more evenly. I tried them for a couple practices but will be returning them.I do have smaller hands at 6.5,” so maybe it has something to do with that and someone with larger hands would fare better?

My hands and wrists hurt. I gave up an hope of yoga These made it easy I wish I found them years ago

  10. Jules

I wasn’t sure whether to buy these for yoga or not but I’m happy happy I did. My wrist is very weak and I can’t do “down dog” with my wrist flat on the floor. These are game changing for me. I also use them for burpees and mountain climbers which I struggled to do before with my weak wrist. Now I have no excuses. They are well padded with rubber for the hand grips and have anti slip on the base so they don’t slip on the floor.Great product. Slightly expensive for a “give it a try product” but I’m very happy I got them!

I’ve had a wrist operation with complications but these yoga grips allow me to do the poses I couldn’t do before. Strong, sturdy & do not slip 🙂

  12. S

I couldn’t do yoga, especially the downward dog, because my wrists couldn’t handle it. But with these, my wrists are supported and I can downward dog away!

I’m 44 and a long time HIIT lover using bodyweight exercises. A few months ago I started getting a really sore wrist and thumb which really curtailed my floor work/push ups/dips etc and stopped me exercising properly for a couple of months, which was awful for my mental health. These grips have been life changing. I’m back to exercising with minimal pain. They are lightweight but non-slip on the ground. They can get a tad slippy on the grips when your hands sweat, but it’s minimal and can be wiped off with a towel. There’s also info in the box with them about how to maintain grippiness. In my opinion they are totally worth the price.
