Great Home Gym Set!
Bought these for my home workouts and has done the job very well. The door attachment is a good add-on bonus, but could use a heavier weight hanger. Why? When I open the door, the whole set just drops to the ground, lol. Overall, I love this set for the price!

Not made for short people
Nice product but Iâm 5â3â and the leg workouts gave little to no resistance. Using the door strap was great for arms and back but I was really hoping for legs/lower body.Definitely suggest use by taller people.

Meh, not the greatest for squats
I just dont feel like they offer enough resistance for squats…i tried to cross them and put all the weight on them and it does help a little but it just will never be a replacement for old school squats. It’s nice for other exercises though

I am very happy with this purchase. The equipment is durable. They all function properly. A year after purchasing and they are used 5 days a week really good purchase.

Pero la verdad es que viene todo el equipo completo. La presentación viene en su caja que obviamente trae el nombre del producto como la imagen. Me llegó con todos los accesorios. El precio no se me hace exagerado, pero si me hubiera gustado un poquito más barato, pero el producto viene bien el que me tocó.Viene bien y espero que a los demás que lo compren igual, ya lo demás dependerá de uno, existen varios tutoriales en YouTube.

This is an evolution of resistance bands where you get a bar and some chunky straps now included.It’s a relatively simple concept and it works really well.There was a good range of resistance on the different bands and once you find the right one for you it gives a great work out.A major benefit of these for me is that I have found them to be an effective alternative to using free weights for the type of exercise I do, so I have been able to get rid of all the weights cluttering up my house and just use this for my daily workout.The bands are made of rubber, so obviously stretchy, but they do look well made and feel durable.
