Non slip, weighted, heavy quality
I love this mat hands down! It is a lot heavier than I expected but that makes it stay in place. The top of the mat is super smooth to the touch. I like the ribber fee too! It helps me not to slip in certain yoga poses. I like the design on the mat, and it rolls up very well. I like the thickness of the mat too! It is truly the best mat I have ever used! It is a little wider then other mats I have used and I really like that. The size: 72″x26″ x1/6″.This is not a flimsy mat by any means. Overall I am very pleased with the mat, look and quality! A+

Kinda thin but good on my joints
I ordered this U&M Yoga Mat Non-Slip, Exercise Mat with Carrying Strap for Home Yoga, Pilates & Meditation Stretching, Floor & Fitness Workouts, 72″x26″ x1/6″ Thick Fitness Mats Non-Slip Natural Rubber Base & PU Top to start my new yoga class. The mat is a 72″ x 26″ x 1/6″ yoga mat, and Iâm really impressed! It has great grip. Weighing only 6.6 lbs, itâs easy to carry but still feels sturdy for my practice. This mat is super soft polyurethane (PU). As soon as I stepped on it, I noticed how nice it felt. Surprisingly, the more I sweat, the better the grip gets. It absorbs moisture, letting me stay stable and keeps my form throughout my routine. The mat is the right size for all kinds of poses, from deep stretches to balance moves. Its 1/6″ thickness gives enough cushioning to protect my joints. It comes with a carrying strap, which is a nice addition. It’s lightweight, so it’s super easy to take with me. Highly recommended!

Great extra large Yoga mat. A little heavy
This is a great yoga mat for larger bodies or people who just prefer a large mat. The material is a little on the heavy side though so may not be ideal for carrying to yoga class, etc. I have other yoga mats which have a more textured surface which is what I prefer. Otherwise, this is a good mat.

Perfect size and thickness
The U&M yoga mat is exactly what my wife was looking for in a yoga mat to take to her yoga classes. The size is perfect for her (sheâs 5â2â but it would also be perfect for taller people) and the thickness and softness provide just the right amount of comfort during the class. The back has some type of âstickyâ material that keeps the mat from sliding on the wood floor. The graphics is also nice, simple and eloquent. Finally, the carrying strap has a sewn in loop that you simply slide over the rolled mat. I do recommend this yoga mat.

Great non slip texture
The texture is great and drastically reduces slipping for me. Itâs made of very durable materials and the thickness is more comfortable than I expected. The value is fair compared to others but the carry strap was kind of a let down. It does still roll up nicely but isnât as easy to carry as I hoped.

PLEASE NOTE: The color of the mat is as advertised in the listing, my camera seemed to lighten the color in my pictures.I ordered this for my wife. She really likes the color and feel of the mat. This has a really good grip on the floor and almost lays flat even though it arrived rolled up. The surface feels good on the hands, feet and body and she loves the added bonus of the design as it does help to position yourself while you work out. She did note that this mat is pretty thin so there is not much cushion to it but some people like that feature. The reverse side is a rubber type covering. The downside of having rubber is that every piece of dust and fluff will cling to it. My wife also stated that the mat is surprisingly heavy even though the listing states this is light weight. When rereading the listing it came to her attention that a carry strap was included. She double checked the box that this came in and found the strap at the bottom of the box. She was really lucky as we were about to throw the box out. The strap is a very simple design but works well with the mat. She also mentioned that the mat (if not rolled up tightly) starts to slip out of the roll if you carry the mat vertically which happens when you use the carry strap. As stated, this is hand wash only.My wife is very pleased with this and is sure this will last a long time as it does look and feel like a good quality yoga mat. Considering that the price is leaning towards the higher end for yoga mats she thinks that this should have included a bag for the mat. So in conclusion she is giving this a 4 star rating.
