Nice durable mat!
I’m very happy so far with this mat. It’s a nice durable material that’s soft enough to work out on, but not so soft that you’re sinking in. I have another mat that is soft and squishy almost 2″ thick. It’s soft, but being so squishy it’s terrible for a lot of things.I’m not using this for yoga though. I’m using this for callisthenic workouts, a lot of which is obviously done on the floor. I needed something that isn’t squishy but soft so it’s not painful. This fits that bill. It’s soft enough for all of my exercises without being so squishy that it makes them harder.I love that it comes with a strap that holds it securely once rolled up, then acts like a handle to carry it. It makes storing it easier. I don’t like that it doesn’t like to lay flat easily after being rolled up. This will likely be my biggest struggle and complaint with this mat.My old squishy exercise mat was made with like couch cushion foam, and it folded up so it was always flat when I got it out. However, it’s just too squishy to do a lot of things, so I’m super happy to have this one.

Long mat, very affordable, really durable.
I have beennusing this yoga mat all summer. I love the length of this yoga mat and it is very soft and it is really thick. It is really affordable and my feet don’t slip and the mat doesn’t move. This can be used for many different exercise classes and I even bought one for my dog to lay on in my kitchen. The quality is great and the mat retains it’s shape.

Nice and Thick
The Strong Tek yoga mat is the first I have ever had but I am impressed with the quality. I like that it has a nice thickness to it so that I am able to do exercises that I am on my knees and I can’t feel the floor underneath. It is nice that it has grips that prevent it from slipping around and stays in place. The mat is easy to roll up and put away with the carrying strap that is provided. The carrying strap is very easy to use just place the elastic loops around the mat and you are ready to go. I feel this yoga mat is a very good quality and I am happy with it.

Bought this rug because it sells as nonslip. However it’s slipping horribly, I can’t do any asanas, downward dog is literally mission impossible. In addition it absorbs gross from your face and covers all over with stains, in a month looks as very used. Added one more star only for the colour- it’s nice green.
