Feels very relaxing and looks beautiful
I’m a nurse and have a lot of tension in my back from being on my feet all day. This mat is not only beautiful, it is very relaxing/therapeutic to use after a long day. I like to lay on it under my red light lamp and listen to positive affirmations. 10/10 recommend if you’re looking for accutherapy that is aesthetically pleasing and good quality

Awesome for relaxation
I really enjoy this mat. I had it in my cart for a long time and finally made the purchase and am glad I did. It doesn’t really help with back pains – exercise and stretching is best for that – but I have found it is great for relaxation and entering a meditative-like state of mind. The tingling from the spikes eventually fades away and I am left totally calm just laying on the mat. So far I have just tried laying on the mat flat, but would like to experiment with other positions. A small guide is included which shows other positions. Overall it’s a great starting point if you are trying to get into meditation or other stress reduction practices.

Interesting and relaxing
I wasnât sure what to expect but I have to say, this is an interesting feeling. At first it was uncomfortable (not painful however) but after a couple minutes you can feel your muscles ease and you just breathe through it and relax. Give it a try!! I think itâs worth the investment. The fabric is well made and the firmness is perfect. No strange odors and comes with a nice bag for storage.

Got this yesterday. My attempt at learning more about self care. This is a fantastic set for the money. Just what my head/neck/shoulders need to stave off tension migraines. I love the prickliness, it help blood flow and seems to help me relieve a lot of anxiety. Good quality and the bag is perfect to put away the set. I am very pleased with my purchase. I wanted this one bc of the calm, neutral color and muslin fabric. Having two separate pieces is convenient. This would make a good wellness gift, too. Buy this one, the others look like the same thing only more expensive.

Weird but effective!
When I first unpacked this mat I thought I had over committed myself. It felt so sharp. But after 5 times using it progressively longer times, I fell asleep on it last night. On the floor!! I slept so well after that. Seriously, if you are on the fence, please try this mat. I had a stiff neck last night and it was gone after using the mat.
