Best Purchase for my Workouts
I have been needing help with my squat form for a while and my strength coach suggested a block like this. The problem is I could not find them consistently at gyms. I found these and they are great quality, lightweight, solid grip and provide me the ability to improve my form on my squat at any place I am. Would 100% recommend these to anyone!

Great quality product to stretch your calves
Product arrived quickly, and was packaged carefully. These stretch wedges are the perfect height for stretching your calves. The non-slip grip makes them ideal to use on most surfaces, whether youâre barefoot or wearing shoes. We use them prior to our long daily walks, and before I use them before my bike ride. Highly recommend this product.

Awesome wedges to correct my squat form
I’ve been on a weight loss journey for almost six months now. I’m currently down almost 50 pounds. For the first three months I was just counting calories and walking, but about three months ago I decided to add some strength training into the mix. I’m in my late 40’s and have NEVER lifted weights before (yeah, I’m so weak). I found and easy lifting plan which included squats. Honestly, it’s one of my least favorite exercises, mainly because I always feel like my form is terrible and I’m cheating. I consistently feel like I’m pushing from the balls of my feet instead of my heels, and if I try to lean back into the squat to get my feet flat on the floor, I lose my balance. I’m sure a trainer could help me perfect my form, but I’m not paying for that right now.I was perusing Amazon last week and came across these squat wedges. I didn’t even know these were a thing. I received them yesterday and immediatly tried them out (sans weights) and could feel an immediate correction to my form. My leg day isn’t until Thursday of this week, but I can’t wait to try these out. Would highly recommend to anyone struggling with their form on squats.Further, I am impressed with the build quality of these wedges. Not too heavy, but easy to maneuvar around. Love the cork material they’re made of, and there is a sandpaper grip on the top to keep your feet from slipping.

Solidly built. Stay in place. I’m happy.
These squat wedges check all the boxes for me. I’ve been struggling with knee and other joint pain when I squat, seemingly because I don’t have great range of motion, and I read that wedges like these can help force better form and reduce the likelihood of injury, so I thought I’d give them a try. These are built very well. The grit on top is very uniformly and well adhered to the blocks. The blocks themselves are solid cork and should hold more weight than you’ll ever need them to. So far, they’ve stayed in place well while in use on rubber gym pads, which are a little slippery.Size-wise, they’re very wide. I’m still figuring out the best foot placement, but they seem comfortable and likely to accommodate a variety of foot sizes. My feet are about a male size 10, and you can see how large they are in comparison in the attached picture. As far as how much they improve my workouts, I can say it does seem easier to go lower with my squats, and I can feel more burn in my quads when I do. Not a huge difference, but for anyone like me who’s struggling to squat well, these seem like a simple, low-cost way to give yourself an edge.

You probably need these
If your ankles are as inflexible as mine, you should buy this.I’ve settled for bad form or half squats before these. I’ve never used the shoes either and I am surprised how much these help.If you’re trying to train ankle flexibility, you can move your foot position to adjust the angle. Eventually, only a little of your heel will be on the wedge and your feet will be almost flat. The grip is great and the carry bag is convenient.10/10 Don’t settle for half squats.

Great Squat Wedges
I heard about squat wedges through a family member and as I have been on a weight loss journey, I thought I’d give these a try. I’m glad I did. These are built very well and have very good grips on them. It helps with my form when doing squats and I have incorporated these into my workout routine.
