Overall, the Squat Wedge Block with Non-Slip Strips is an excellent investment for anyone serious about improving their squat form and lower body strength. It’s well-designed, durable, and has already made a noticeable difference in my workouts. I highly recommend this wedge to both beginners and experienced lifters looking to enhance their training. Comfortable and Versatile Slant Board for Squats and Stretching
I’ve been using these slant boards for a while now, and I’m really impressed with how sturdy and comfortable they are. Unlike some other squat wedges I’ve tried, these are made from a really firm foam, which doesn’t compress under my weight. They’re much better than those hard plastic versions that hurt my feet or the softer foam ones that didn’t provide enough support. The surface of the wedge has textured strips that help me maintain grip, even when I’m barefoot, which makes a big difference in my workouts. One of the features I like the most is the adjustable angle. The set comes with a large wedge and two smaller blocks that you can stack or use separately, depending on how steep of an incline you want. I use the smaller blocks stacked on top of the large one for deeper stretches, especially for my calves. It also works well for doing squats, helping me get lower and target my quads better.I also use the wedge for stretches, and it’s great for that too. It’s light enough to move around, and the non-slip strips keep it in place, even when I’m using heavier weights. It’s a solid tool that I’ve found useful for a variety of exercises, and I definitely feel more stable using it.

Light and Slippery…NOT for Intense Workouts like Barbell Back Squats
I have knee pain when doing barbell back squats, so I wanted to try squat blocks to see if that would help. However, this is not the correct product for that. They are made of Styrofoam and extremely light, and the four thin rubber strips on the bottom do not keep them from slipping. Plus the two stacking blocks don’t connect in any way, and come apart at the slightest touch. All of this is not a good combination for intense workouts. However, they are fine for calf stretching and bodyweight squats, as long as you can very carefully step onto them. Since they are very light and come with a carry bag, if portability is your top priority then they would fit the bill. But for intense workouts or barbell squats, I’d recommend something much more solid and stable.

These Squat Wedges are The Bomb
These foam slant boards are excellent and the best I have ever used. They are a squat wedge you can use in your bare feet without slipping or discomfort. I have had other squat wedges that are hard plastic with a surface that hurt my bare feet, those with sandpaper surface for grip, or softer foam type that compressed under my weight. This foam is extremely rigid holding up under my weight and the textured surface with elevated strips for grip in bare feet is so comfortable. The firm, wide and long surface provides stability for any weightlifting I do. They provide two different slant levels for getting the best stretch in your calves or for doing deep squats for targeting my quads. Reverse the two stacked smaller blocks on top of the larger one and you have an excellent stable square block for getting that deep lunge. Also great for a one-legged step up for a more challenging kickstand lunge. The fact I can use them in my bare feet make these the bomb for any workout. Love them and highly recommend!

PUT YOUR DOUBTS ASIDE….. THESE ARE AMAZING
I had every intention on hating these. These are not exactly what I was looking for, they come as a set of three… they seem pretty ugly or off putting, or give the vibe that the material would be uncomfortable. None of this matters.Ergonomically, these function pretty well… although I still havent gotten used to the whole.. set of 3 part. There are rubber strips on the bottom to prevent sliding and they stack into a pretty quick, neat, and manageable manner.SOLID recommend, even against my initial expectations.

Not bad.. but not what I was expecting either.
These work well, but the feel of the boards I a little rougher than I would like. They do work how I need, but texture of the blocks when touching it is off for me.

    Great for squats
Got these primarily for incline squats to target my quads. They are large and easy to step on. They are big enough for large feet and grippy as well. They are very lightweight which means they slip a little when lifting heavy but not too bad. I don’t really see the need for 4 of them when I only ever use 2 at a time. They also work good for claf raises. They are annoying to store and I wish they came with a little bag or something for storage. Overall they are nice and good quality.

    Will make your quads burn
Pros:- Two different Angles- Great grip with rubber strips instead of just dots like others- Stiff material, don’t just sink on like on foam wedgesCons:- N/A
