Resistance Band
These workout bands come in 5 different color which has different resistance. They don’t have size written on them or the which band has the most resistance. I believe that the black and red bands have the most resistance. They are alittle on the slimmer side, but will still work for it purpose. They need to be thicker. I would recommend.Thanks

Great for stretch and Rehab
Used at the gym for the first time for stretching and rehab for my shoulder. Specifically, I did Deadbugs with the bands around my feet for added Resistance while holding dumbbells. Also used around my hands to pull apart to strength shoulder and rotator cuffs, holding for 10 sec and doing 10 reps.I like the variety of bands and they offer a good range of resistance. I am a beginner with these but could think of lots of additional uses for them.
