Amazing Product
I bought these bands to work on the strength in my body as well as a stretching band. This product comes in multiple difficulties, so as you improve you can move up in the difficulty to stretch the band. The quality of this product is incredible. None of them have broken, since Iâve been bought and used them, and they have a lot of resistance. This product is great if you want to gain strength in your body.

The bands work very well.
I found the bands to be well-made. You can graduate as you strengthen from one to the next door. If you have something that has been pulled or anything else you can actually go back down works wonderfully. I even have a set for my husband. The little bag that it comes in does not hold up real well especially if youâre taking this to work or in your purse or whatever. Otherwise, I love them.

Seem like the same resistance
I got these bands because I needed one that would âgiveâ a lot. Iâm at the point after my rotator cuff surgery where I need to build strength. Iâm just starting out with those exercises and wanted a band that would be manageable for me. They are kind of stiff but will work with them anyway and get some feedback from my physical therapist. The bands seem durable, have a nice feel to them, and are priced right.

Use for hip therapy
This product was bought for me to continue hip and leg therapy at home ,I love it .Arrived quickly and stores away pretty much anywhere. The bag comes in handy if you have kids or pets . If you do not want them lost or chewed up just put them back in the bag.
