exactly what I ordered
I ordered this to help with my yoga. It did exactly this, but it is for novice yoga goers so if you want to borrow one from a friend I would recommend that first.

Great block!
I have cork block, which I also love; but this one is more comfortable on my hands and wrists, when I am lifting myself, and definitely more comfortable on my bottom, when I am sitting on it for meditation.

Blocks don’t squish when grabbed tightly
Nice and solid and don’t squish when you squeeze them. Heights for each size give me the options to adjust what is needed as a prop when doing my yoga.
