Next Best Thing to An Outdoor Reflexology Path!
I would love to have an outdoor/garden reflexology path, but that is not do-able at this current moment in time. This one really caught my eye, as the design is very beautiful, and they use real different colored, sizes, shaped rocks and stones on this. IT FEELS FABULOUS especially when my feet are tired/or I’m tired in general. It just feels so wonderful. It reduces stress and releases all these endorphins. Amazing stress relief. There is a perfect different array of sizes, angles, and “jutting” of the stones on the mat. They just catch your feet perfectly as you walk. It is long enough (I think 5 feet) that you feel that you may actually be taking a walk on a “real” reflexology path. It is made on an almost thick felt material, so it easily rolls up for storage. They include a couple extra stones with a tube of glue in case one falls off, but the rocks seem extremely secure/well made in general. I love it, and I use it every day. Highly recommend!!Update July 2018: I use this almost daily, and it is still in like new condition. Iâve never had a stone fall off, Iâve never had evenone thread fray! For daily use this is incredible workmanship. It seems the more I use it, the more benefits for relaxation, improved sleep, and stress/anxiety relief occurs. I am so glad I invested in myself in this wonderful product!

Don’t bother
I would give this a zero if I could. Everything, including the outside box, was in an oriental language. No english whatsoever. So how are you supposed to use it? Perhaps I have extremely tender feet but I found it painful to even stand on. I threw it out.

Amazing product! High quality and beautiful piece. This is a magic carpet! I bought originally to help my aching feet, which I’m curing naturally through a journey of minimalist shoes, intrinsic foot muscle strengthening and this wonderful mat. Now, I also use to release the tightness and tension in my back…which happens after only mere minutes on the mat! How have I lived without this thing?

The picture doesn’t show the ugly gold fringe very well.
This mat feels great! Alas, the fringe that barely shows in the picture is very, very prominent in real life. (read: ugly) The rocks on my mat also aren’t as dense as in the picture. Though I will keep it for it’s function, I will undoubtedly cut off the hideous fringe. I may even add more rocks since they conveniently included a small bottle of glue. Overall, I don’t feel like it was worth the price but I’ll keep it because it’s functional.

Not sure why all the 5 star reviews!
I got this mat for a Christmas present. This may can easily be made at home. It looked like a cheap crafting project. I am not sure what all the hype is from all of these reviewers! My recommendation is to save yourself the $100 and make one yourself for $20!! I was pretty disappointed. I just placed it next to my treatment table to step off on to. I don’t believe it actually serves a purpose… and it isn’t very visually appealing either 🙁

Great mat! I’m glad I made the purchase.
I love this mat. It is beautiful. I received it very quickly, and Acever was very good about emailing me a note explaining to start out with the mat slowly with a towel over it and build your way up. The mat came with extra stones and Acever said it was supposed to come with a tube of glue. The tube of glue was not in the package, but I didn’t care since I can buy glue anywhere. Acever said that the glue was probably removed when it went through customs which is most likely the case. I would definitely recommend this mat to anyone who is serious about conditioning their feet to be healthier.

These rocks, rock
I have fallen arches and bad sciatic pain, we went to Korea this summer and discovered walking on these rocks. I had immediate pain relief. When i got back home i ordered this mat and 2 pair of shoes with these rocks attached. I use them everyday just a few minutes, and am painfree. It does take some getting used to, it hurts when u first start, but stick with it the benefits are worth it. I no longer need Aleve & ibuprophen just to get through the day. My entire family uses the mat.
