Works but needles way too sharp
I’ve been using these needle acupuncture mats for most of my life. The size is great for travel, and it works very well, IF you can get used to the crazy sharpness of its needles – on par with real acupuncture metal needles. You can poke through your finger skin easily, not kidding. On the other hand, sharpness increases healing effect. Initially, you might want to cover it with some thin cloth before laying on it. Over time, it will get more bearable and dull. I keep it in the bag it came in, so it doesn’t make holes in my clothing in the luggage when traveling.
