    Yoga but Much More
I thought this book would be like others on the practice of yoga, but it turned out to be so much more. I was led on a journey of self discovery and it was wonderfully simple to execute. Being led to move, meditate, and manifest I improved my health and many other things in my life. The book is multifaceted- intentionally designed to improve all areas of your life. Do yourself a favor by adding this book’s refreshing, renewing, and life changing practice to your life and watch your life transform.

A book not just about yoga, but about walking through hard things and coming out a better person
This book is so beautifully written, with the author’s history intertwined with a mindset and yoga practice that we can work into our lives in just 15 minutes a day. 15 minutes! We can all find that amount of time to improve our lives. It is amazing to see the journey that Michelle has been on – though both hard and wonderful things – and she has come out a positive force that all of us would do well to follow. Although the stories of what Michelle (and her mom) went through are so hard, it’s amazing to read about her resilience and the path that she took to improve her life and how she sees it. It is truly a remarkable journey.Add to it Michelle’s easy to follow mindset yoga challenge, and you have actual action steps to move forward in your own life, embracing the positive and letting go of the rest. Yoga has been so beneficial in my own life, both physically and mentally, and this reminder that I can practice it outside of class (and in short bursts of time) is a good thing for me to remember. I really enjoyed this book and encourage everyone to read it!
