Falling apart
Overall the mat has cushion, almost acts like memory foam, but it’s falling apart after one month of owning it. Little pieces are falling off of it and creating divots in the mat. I do yoga 5 days a week for about 30 minutes at a time. I don’t forsee this one lasting very long at all.

It’s thin. Maybe that’s the way other yoga mats are, too, but I’m not used to thin mats.
The blue mat in the pictures is an old one that has seen better days. I included it in the images for comparison.This “Skelcore4mm (0.15 in) PVC Yoga Mat, Floral Design” is aesthetically pleasing and works well enough for some of the members of our household. For others, not so much.It’s thin. Not too thin for some of us, but rest of us need the thicker mats. The blue one, as shown in the picture, is cushier. It doesn’t crush as easily as the Skelcore mat. The Skelcore mat goes flat like a tortilla under just the pressure of the clip holding them together.Now, where it lacks in thickness, it gains in width. Most of us have complained that even the mats we like aren’t wide enough. Eh…I’m not sure that helps it much.I found that this mat had unnecessary heft for it’s size. It feels like it weighs approximately as much as a six-pack of 12 oz aluminum can drinks. The other mat (the blue one in the picture), for comparison, weighs about 3 x less. (Sorry I couldn’t weigh them.) It’s the difference between carrying a dry towel and a wet one. You barely notice the dry one, but the wet one is cumbersome and annoying.So, really, it’s a mixed review. It’s going to be a matter of preference. I only give it 4 stars because others in our household liked it.Bottom line: Would I order again? Not for me, no. Would I gift? Not really. I think someone would have to show specific interest in this for me to choose it. I prefer thicker, wider, lighter.

Love the design on this yoga mat!
I love the design on this yoga mat! It’s plenty long for me to lay out flat and I think it has just enough spongy softness to help ease some of the harshness of a hard wood floor. I use it a lot for my exercise class and I always get compliments on how pretty it looks! The price was very reasonable as well.

A little thin but it serves its purpose
The floral design imprint is pretty and helps you see which side is up and which side goes onto the floor, which is a bonus for this germophobe. It’s a little too thin for my liking and from what I can tell, the mat is made of some type of memory foam. And due to the material used and it being thin, it squishes too flat from your body weight. However, I did appreciate and like that it came with its own strap for storage and for carrying it around.
