The bands broke after 6 months!
I only use two of these bands, the 70 lb and 90 lb bands and they both broke on the same day. I only use them for butt lifts. The warranty says up to a year. Can I get these 2 bands replaced?

    Terribly quality
Garbage product. Since there seems to be no easy way to directly contact the seller, I have to leave a message here. Ive been using bands like these for years. Ive never had them do this. Never. One month in and two have snapped like this. When they pop like this they can leave welts. Also, the carabiners are TINY. I was planning on just swapping them out with the normal sized carabiners from my old sets, but it does need to be said that they are almost useless. I have dozens of bands that are 1-2 years old that show barely any wear. I use each resistance every day. My workouts with bands last 2-3 hours a day. I know bands pretty well. These bands are definitely trash. The variety is nice. Not enough to offset their unreliability.

    Workout bands
I’m a new mom and needed a way to workout at home with a baby and these are a great option! Easy to store and don’t take up a lot of space. They come with 6 different weights of bands, ankle and handle attachments and a straps to attach to the door all for a very reasonable price. They are sturdy and made well.

A great addition for your workouts.
The only problem with this product is I had a 20lb tube break. I had it in combination with a 50lb tube.

Good for big guys that dont have immediate access to a gym
They work as intended, I use all bands, very good for cable rows, tricep extensions. High quality product and will definitely by again in case I wear them out. Nice chart of various exercises included.

They work, but if the manufacturer had spent a few cents more, they’d work better
I didn’t know what I was looking for when I first bought these, in a panic, with low selection because the gym closed and everyone else had the same idea. Now I know what I don’t like about these, at least, and how bands work, in general. As for the way bands work, they’re quite different from Nautilus-style gym machines or free weights. One must become accustomed to the tension having a distance-related variability, making them weak when beginning to stretch and progressively stronger until they reach the end of their elasticity. This isn’t necessarily a problem, and in some ways, it’s a feature, as one can dynamically adjust the tension by positioning closer or farther from the anchor point, thus reaching ideal tension in a way that is not possible with free weights and other gym equipment. It’s kind of a pain to switch between exercises by changing configurations, and finding the ideal configurations may require more ingenuity than some users are prepared to employ. It was enough of a trick just to find the ideal door jam in which to anchor the bands. In that regard, I still haven’t found ideal methodologies to replace some of the gym equipment I’ve used. I haven’t found the ideal way to isolate my pectoral muscles, for example, without maxing out my arms and straining my neck. I searched the web and certainly youtube, and found some solutions there for some of my configurations. Nevertheless, some exercises are actually BETTER than some I’ve used with free weights and with other equipment. As for the shortcomings, I should start by saying this gear all works, but the items are not ideal. First off, the color coding of the rubber straps does not match the coding of the rubber bands: the black and red are reversed in order, for starters. The yellow and green are in opposite orders, too, but those are just minor niggles. The D-rings on the ankle straps need to be sewed in more tightly than they are, because sewed in so loosely, they defeat the purpose by rotating out of position while in use and crushing the straps in the “corners” of the D-rings. If they were sewed in tightly enough to prevent them from rotating, this would not occur. I cannot explain this oversight on the part of the designer. The bands are terminated with straps and fasteners instead of using a ring to which a fastener would clip. Because the fastener itself connects to the straps the jagged edges of the fasteners can catch on the nylon and fray it. This means someone who’s taxing his muscles has to concentrate in between exercises to carefully avoid snagging the nylon straps, at a time when he is less coordinated than usual. Also, these fasteners, too, can rotate into the wrong positions. A simple extra sewn-in ring at the end of each strap (as the hand grips have) would have prevented these issues.Something about the hand grips also bugs me. Because of the way they were designed, they do not rotate freely with the wrist, and I think they will wear prematurely. The straps should probably attach to an axle that rotates. These may have been more expensive to improve than the other issues. I also found the ankle straps rather large for my ankles and awkward to use. If they were designed to allow cutting off the ends and retaining their ruggedness without extra sewing, I’d cut them shorter, but I expect them not to hold up if I do that. The storage bag they came with fell apart at the seams the first time I tried to use it.I ended up buying stuff I considered “missing,” including carabiners, a 4-6 pound rubber band, and a tricep pullover rope, most of which I cannot claim should have been part of a base set, though. If the manufacturer had added a few more stitches here and there, and a couple rings on each band’s terminating strap, 100% satisfaction and long life would have been assured. As they are, I don’t expect them to last a year or more of weekly use. I don’t have the sewing machine necessary to add said rings or stitches, or to more tightly sew the D-rings into the ankle straps, so I expect to be buying replacements at some point relatively soon. In short, I’d pay a bit more for better value, and with the selection there is now, maybe I wouldn’t have to pay more.

    Durable, good elasticity.
We use these bands to supplement dumbbells. Many weight exercises work muscles at the beginning of the range of motion. The bands work the muscles more toward the end of the range of motion. So they complement each other. We also like how the color gradations tend to match the weight capacity of the bands.

Your get what you Pay for.
You do get what you pay for. I bought these several months ago, and used them maybe 10 times, as I go to local gyms and I have a home Gym I purchased thru Amazon. The Zacro Resistance band snapped mid-workout and sent one end into my arm and the other end across the room like a bullet, luckily not causing any damage. I have the other band but dare not use them as I am fearful the others will come apart as quickly as the first causing more that just a bruise. BUYER BEWARE

I purchased these workout bands a few weeks ago, hoping they would be a reliable addition to my home gym. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the quality. After only a few weeks of very light use, one of the bands detached from its attachment point. As you can see in the attached photo, the strap came apart where it connects to the handle, making it completely unusable.I was not using excessive force or doing any exercises beyond what these bands should easily handle. This is clearly a design flaw or a result of poor material quality. I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for durable and safe workout equipment.
