Great for hand/arm exercises too
Bought them for hand/arm exercises as well as legs.Diagnosed with tendinitis and some loss of strength in arms and hands. These have worked well for me to do soft exercises in hopes of getting some strength back. To early to tell but I’m happy with the bands, color, pink, and wrap. Seem sturdy for what I need them for. Not real sure for wide stretches, seem like they would break fast.
Length is great. I shouldâve order a twin size due to the fact that the elastic is to loose or something. It doesnât fit snug to the frame so Iâm trying to figure out a way to make it snug. –
Stability
So I just opened this today and Iâve done a few workouts. So far I like it. I just wish it came with instructions especially to tell me what the numbers on the straps that are hanging on the bars are for. I also donât feel safe letting myself go when I put it on the door. Itâs not as sturdy as the one in the gym. I can use that feature for arms and legs maybe but not pulling myself up and down. I found some videos on you tube to help me use it.

Bands started breaking soon after it was purchased. Store issued a partial refund as soon as they received pictures of the broken band. Unfortunately there are not replacement bands available and bands continued to break.

Missing assembly instructions
Everything is great, except thereâs not instructions on how to use the bar. I looked at the pictures and assembled based on what I thought was correct. Quality of the product is great!

Broke after 4th use!!
Junk, cheap, it broke after 4th use, Iâm a itty bitty person so I wasnât pulley the straps hard.. canât return it now itâs past the return date!Beware!

This item arrived nicely packaged in a cardboard box. I chose purple but there are other colours available. Inside are three resistance bands and two ankle straps, in a little storage bag. I really like this set. I try to exercise a couple of times a week at home, so this set has been a great addition. The strap was easy to put on, can be adjusted to fit around my ankles, and was easy to attach to the bands. It was easy to use, feels comfortable when on and does a nice workout on my legs and bum. I really like that the bands are different strengths. Nice set – not a bad price too

I’m pretty impressed with this set of 3 resistance bands, there are ankle cuffs with velcro fastenings and 3 different resistance bands that clip onto the ankle cuffs and they come in a black drawstring storage bag. They are easy to use and the ankle straps being padded are comfortable , you can definitely feel your muscles working. Really pleased with them, they’re good quality and a great price.
