Good game to introduce kids to yoga and get them moving
Cute and fun game. Play is kind of like Uno, but with yoga poses and positive affirmations. The instructions were easy to understand, so we could start playing right away. The animal characters were super cute, but sometimes it was hard to tell which way a paw was facing in a pose (ex: palms up to the sky or down to the ground?). It was great to find a game that kids (and adults) of all ages can play together and the older kids aren’t at an advantage.

Unique interactive yoga game for all ages
This is an amazing game! It makes yoga accessible and fun for all ages. Great for engaging kids, or for family friendly group play night. I am a teacher and use this in the classroom to give kids a break from screens. This game not only teaches yoga but encourages kindness and cooperation. The game itself is easy to understand and uses fun, personality-filled animals to demonstrate poses. Impressive but subtle design. You will love this game!!!

Exploring Movement and Emotions for All Ages
My toddler loves these “yoga cards”! We don’t play the actual game since she is too young to follow along, but she really enjoys picking up the cards and then trying the poses. She will walk around the room pretending to be one of the animals, or follow along while I show her a pose. As she gets older I am looking forward to using the cards to explore feelings and help her express herself. This has been a wonderful way to get moving during the winter months, and breaks up those long days – especially when we don’t have childcare due to a COVID outbreak. I’ve gifted a set to our preschool as well!

Love this game! Great for kids and adults!
Such a delight! The charming characters lead players through a variety of gentle yoga poses and actions, like: “Become a sly fox and sneak around the circle. See if you can make no noise at all.” I got this for my 8- and 12-year-old nephews to use during breaks in their on-line classes. We’ve loved it so much, I bought it for a friend. It’s great for kids, but I love it, too. Colorful cards, lots of ways to play. Relaxing and energizing. Highly recommend!

Very cute! But the materials could be better
I would say this game is geared more toward kids. I donât really see adults getting in a circle and âthrowing their hands around acting like an elephantâ. Keep this in mind when reading other peoples reviews. The cards have really cute animations. I love how they accurately depict the position using animal characters. Since the characters are in yoga poses, their bodies are sometimes facing many different directions, so itâs really nice that the cards show you whatâs the front of the body and whatâs the back. But in general, they do a good enough job you can just figure it out by looking on the card.I didnât actually play the game itself, but I did do the positions. Thereâs tons I never knew about and I used to do hot yoga.My gripe that loses them two stars is the low quality of the cards (quality of the cards in a card game is very important to me). These cards are being used by rambunctious kids with potentially slobbery wet hands or adults/kids who are potentially sweating from doing yoga. At the very least these cards should have a plastic coating. I personally think they should have just been made of plastic.

Fun and different but a little repetitive
I like this game. It’s fun and different. You can also use it alone, by dealing yourself out several cards and creating a yoga flow. I like doing that a lot, as I don’t have many people to play this with. I do find it a bit repetitive sometimes, with numerous poses that are much like another, but you just work around that. It’s a nice, fun idea.

Great intro to movement and cards
This game is a great way to get youngsters moving while keeping it fun with cards too. Might even get the old folks out of their chairs too. Stretches for the whole family!
