This is perfect for beginners!! Great price for everything you get. The yoga wheel was the main reason I bought this and itâs great! Itâs great for stretching and rolling out the back. The yoga wheel isnât smooth so if youâre looking for a more balancing wheel, this isnât it. But itâs perfect for a rolling massage and allowing for a great, deeper stretch. Itâs very sturdy. You can hurt yourself with it so be mindful when using it.Everything else is great, too! The blocks are perfect. They allow for deeper stretching as well.I love that everything can fit in the bag with ease. Itâs easy to travel with if need be. Overall, this is worth the money! If youâre looking to build an at home gym or yoga props, this is ideal. Great price for everything you get and the quality is decent.

Nice product easy to use comes with nice case. Sometimes question the sturdiness of the wheel but I do put full body weight on it and it holds my 110# frame pretty well… Love stretching. Feels good.

Great for dancers!
My 10yo is a dancer, and I bought her this kit for her technique class. She loves it! I bought a second kit for home use as well. It had a lot of variety and itâs all pretty sturdy.

Does not come with yoga mat
This set is great aside from that it actually does not include the mat which I thought it would. I’ll have to buy a mat still, but I am very excited to give this a try!
