How did we get our start?

i could cry
these blocks have saved me. i’m so happy with them. they’re stable, grippy, and don’t lose shape. i have other cork yoga blocks that have lasted me years and years, they really are the way to go. took a bit of getting used to, but ultimately the angle is just right – it alleviates pressure on my wrist without making me feel like i’m tipping forward or otherwise in a compromised position.i have a ganglion cyst in my wrist that doesn’t bother me EXCEPT for when doing yoga. so, not worth surgery (comes back no matter how many times i smash it). i can’t load weight on my wrists at 90 degrees anymore, no matter what kind of adjustments i make, and resorting to forearms or dolphin is just so disruptive to the flow that i would just rather not do it. i’ve had multiple ACL surgeries so the list of exercises i can do that i still enjoy is so low at this point, that i was really depressed thinking i was losing yet another one.these are truly a small but mighty investment!

Well Worth the Price – No Wrist Pain!
After doing too many handstands and chaturangas, my wrists were starting to complain. I tried those foam wedges at the studio and found them too slippery. These blocks stay put, my hands stay put on them, and they don’t get in the way of sun salutations and other poses. They’re also great to help you do squats when your heels don’t touch the floor. Best of all, these blocks are lightweight and tuck nicely into my yoga mat bag. A great investment and a great product.

Great for squats & calf stretches!
I didnât like product for yoga, which is why I got them. My husband has a wrist injury and I thought it would help, but he didnât like the angle.I also found this uncomfortable as a hand yoga block.I LOVE it for doing squats or just stretching out my feet and calves.I have problems with my feet, and these blocks really create a nice stretch that relieve pain and also take some of the weight off your feet.Mine got lost in the mail and the owner sent me an extra set he had.So, a free product but not a paid review. If you like doing squats by yourself or with dumbbells, this is a great product.

Fabulous blocks.
These are exactly what I was looking for! I can finally get properly aligned in poses I always skipped before. My right wrist has poor range of motion and is partially fused. These blocks take a huge amount of pressure off while doing weight-bearing poses. I love that you can change the angle of the block. Theyâre a bit smaller than I imagined but still work well. Iâm thrilled.

Sloped surface too steep and too short
The sloped surface of these blocks is too steep and too short to support my hands and offer wrist relief. Also, the flat section on top of the block is way too short to support the palm of my hand if I were to try to use it that way. These need to be about twice as long, and need to have a slope that is maybe half as steep. My hand wants to slide downward on it. It does not relieve my wrist pain when doing vinyasas or postures such as plank or low plank.

Best yoga wrist prop I’ve ever tried!
I’m a yoga teacher of 5 years and practitioner of 13. After practicing less/more gently and recovering from a surgery then coming back to daily in studio, my wrists have been really hurting. It seems mostly related to range of motion. I’ve been doing exercises to improve that but it’s not changing fast enough and the pain has been really bad to where I could barely enjoy my practice. Today was my first with these blocks but for me it’s instantly a huge YES! I was amazing how much better I felt. I like how I don’t slip on these and they really stay out of the way, I can place them and leave them the whole practice. It was also really easy and natural to go between the plank hand position and the down dog hand position. They also aren’t too high like some blocks. I’m incredibly excited about these!

Allowed me to do yoga again!
I am so thankful for this product. With my wrist issues I was not sure I would be able to get back into my yoga practice. This product not only relieves stress on the wrist in poses such as plank, but helps to increase the depth of my downward dog. Take a minute to get used to, but definitely exceeded my expectations! A revelation to anyone who is worried that wrist limitationâs will impede their practice. Thank you!

The best choice for your wrist support
Having tried two different yoga props for my hands I have finally found the perfect ones for me. Stable, non-slip, have two different angles and lenghts for hands. Excellent. I am going to order another pair to use as props for my feet.
