Great Color, Great Quality!
Whether doing hot yoga or regular yoga, I prefer having a softer, more grippable surface to work on than the cheap rubber yoga mats tend to provide. As such, I use a cloth yoga mat, but it’s not without its problems; it’s hard to clean and easy to damage. So, I decided a yoga towel might be better and ordered this one. And I’m quite happy with the results! The towel itself feels like good quality fabric and has a large number of grippy pads on the bottom to keep it from slipping. It has stitching around the edge to keep it from fraying. I did find that it was a little trouble to get it to sit in the exact shape of a yoga mat, as it isn’t ridged like a mat, but it fit well enough and, more importantly, stayed put while in use. The only time I had issues with it was when doing outdoor yoga, where wind was a factor. The color is also quite nice and well-printed. I went with the blue/orange/brown design and found that it is subtle enough to feel appropriate for a relaxing environment, but looks nice enough to receive a complement or two.And perhaps most importantly, it’s very light and much, much easier to clean than a yoga mat. It has held up in the wash quite well so far. And thanks to the portability, I’ve started opting for using the loaner mats they have at my class and simply putting this on top.The only drawback I can think of with this particular blanket is that you’re limited to the slightly tie-dye design, which might not be for everyone. But, if you’re like me and just need a blanket to add to your practice, I would say this is a good choice!

Beautiful colors, portable, feels nice
I ordered this NISFAR Yoga Towel so that I could quickly grab something to use if I wanted to do some quick yoga stretches in another room of the house. It grips well to our rugs, but I wouldn’t feel sturdy on it on our laminate floors because if I’m holding a position, like down dog, the rug slowly starts to slip on the smooth flooring (and I feel it’s too thin for hard flooring anyway; I prefer something more padded). It grips well to rugs and my yoga mat though, so I’ve been using it on those surfaces, but I don’t sweat much when I’m doing yoga, so my hands and feet also feel like they’re going to slip on the towel when it’s dry. I’m sure it probably does very well for hot yoga or anything involving sweat (and keeps the yoga mat clean). If I’m not doing a workout that requires me to really dig my feet and hands in, I do prefer doing it on this towel as it feels nicer than a plain old yoga mat. It’s also a great length and runs the entire length of my yoga mat. I also use it rolled up as padding for my knees. Comes with a little bag for transporting.I like it very much. However, feel the price is a little high at $20.99.

Yoga Towel
This yoga towel is very well made. It does not slide on the mat that I have. It is soft and absorbent. I believe the colors are beautiful. This yoga towel is great for hot yoga, power yoga, pranayama, vinyasa or any type of yoga or meditation.

Colorful & Grippy
I ordered this Yoga towel in the purple & pink style. I have used it a few times now in my Pilates class and gotten lots of compliments on it. I really appreciate the size and the grips on the bottom. It is also a fun color. And not a bad price at under $20 (at the time of this review). Get it, you won’t regret it!

Not bad
Good size, nice colors and soft feel. I got it to use on a carpet, I’m senstive to dust and don’t like my face down to a wool rug, makes me feel like I’m breathing in dust, even though I clean regularly. Easy to wash and doesn’t shrink. I’m happy with this purchase. For solid surfaces I think I’d still prefer a mat instead. I only gave it 4 stars as I think it’s a little overpriced for what it is, at the time $20.99. Feels more in the $10-15 range.

great for yin yoga and gym classes
This nonslip towel is not only lovely to look at, but it also is wonderful for shared mats at the gym. At the end of some exercise classes we often use mats for the final stretches, and it’s great to be able to put this over the top of the shared mats, which may or may not have been cleaned lately. This grips the mat nicely and doesn’t move around, and it fits in my gym bag easily.

fun color and LOVE the non slip backing
As someone who can sweat a lot during a workout this is a great mat. The non-slip grippers on the back are very helpful so I can put it on both a yoga mat of a regular floor without sliding everywhere. The color is great. Highly recommend.

Overpriced, “Meh”– 24×72″ Rough-Feeling, Microfiber Yoga Towel w/Grippies
You still need a mat with this towel. This just isn’t cushy enough for a hard floor. The print is lovely, but the towel is rough. This did well with a reg. machine wash & dry (even tried it with just an air dry) — but it is still rough, even on the non-grippy side.Way too over priced for what it is.
