When I first looked in this book, I thought I had wasted my money, but then looked further and I cannot believe what a gem it is. It can be as useful as you want it to be. It is quite academic, but when you get past that, it is full of information, inspiration and of knowledge. Stick with it and it will take you on a journey of discovery about yoga as a therapy. Great find.
