Perfect for the Kids
These cards are a game-changer for my kids. Theyâre bright and colorful and the cardstock is durable. Perfect for little hands. My kids love getting to pick new poses and itâs been really helpful getting them up and moving around. As a clumsy mom, Iâm happy to see their balance improving. I highly recommend!

Fantastic
These are fantastic for keeping my littles involved in daily stretching with me. Fun pictures that keep them interested in picking new combinations of stretches.

Great yoga exercise cards
I really like these yoga exercise cards, & they are great for both kids & adults. While they are designed with kids in mind, so the cards are very colorful, with easy to follow drawings of animals, & explainations of the various poses. These are great for adults as well, especially adults starting out doing yoga with little to no experience. But these make it fun even for experienced yogis. I also like the fact that these offer exercise routines, built in to the cards, so that you can easily see which exercise would be the next one in the sequence. The size of the cards is about the same size as tarot cards, so about half again as big as regular playing cards.

Kid-friendly intro to yoga
I have an eight-year-old who’s been learning yoga for the past year. At times, she’s wanted to practice when I haven’t been available to help, so I got these cards so she could work on her poses solo. The storage box and cards are made from thick and good-quality materials. The cards are a perfect size for her to see clearly when she places them on the floor or table in front of her while not being too big or too small for her hands if she chooses to hold them. She loves the cartoon characters and thinks they’re cute. The art is nicely done, with clean lines and soothing colors. The directions are clear, and the steps are written at an appropriate age level for kids around her age. She found them simple and easy to follow. We both love that there are cards that provide pose progressions for specific practice sessions meant to target common struggles kids face, such as “Anxiety” and “Calm Down.” This is the best part of the deck, in my opinion, but unfortunately, there are only eight sessions or four double-sided cards. For the price, I really expected more of those. In addition to the session cards, the deck includes two double-sided instructional cards and forty-four pose cards that are segmented into types of poses, with each category receiving a different color (e.g. âbreathingâ exercises are yellow). The front of each pose card gives the name of each pose alongside a cartoon animal example, and the back provides instructional steps and “freestyle suggestions/next poseâ for kids to follow. My daughter should get a lot of use out of this. I’m not sure the value is there for me, but it might be for an instructor or classroom teacher. It’s also clear a lot of thought and time went into the set, and the quality is superior. It will last for a while—from both an age and durability standpoint.4.5 stars rounded to 5.

Works for beginners too
These were great for adults, who are learning to do yoga as well. Cards come with pointers for which exercises to connect together. Able to get a good yoga workout just from these flashcards.

4 Year Old Approved
My son loves when I do yoga and I found these by complete accident. He has a blast learning the names and poses and asks everyday if he can do some before he goes to school. Itâs a great activity to get your kids moving and even something fun for them to do if you need 5 minutes to get something done.

Surprisingly effective for keeping kids mindful.
Really great and fun for little ones. Especially helpful for homeschooling families. So if you’re a teacher, a mom’s little kids, a social worker, or anything like that you would definitely get some great use out of them.Especially helpful for trying to calm kids down after a few hours of rough and tumble play.
