This book is such a treasure. . .full of wonderful Nidra scenarios for different conditions and / or goals. It enhances my yoga practice when in savasana and when simply meditating. Iâll read a certain script and will use it to visualize images and imagine sounds. There are many wonderful contributing writers in addition to Julie. Thatâs why I consider it a treasure.
