    I ordered this for my son. It is kind of thin, but it is long. He is in high school so I think that it will work for what they are doing. They are not doing yoga every day.

    Great value and no weird smell
    Unlike other reviews it did not come with any weird chemical smell out of the box. It has enough thickness to still be comfortable on hardwood flooring. A great value for money and is the right size for any adult. Feels very durable and does not hold any creases when unrolling.

    Too thin. Tears very easy
    I just recently got a Fitbit, which has motivated me to start working out so I wasn’t going to buy a super expensive yoga mat, as I’m notorious for not sticking with any type of exercise very long other than walking my dog which I kind of have to cuz it’s not healthy for me to force him to use pee pads when he needs exercise cuz he’s a little chubby too. It’s been over 3 months and I discovered that I love yoga My body feels so much better and this Matt was very thin my dog would tear it by just walking across it and he doesn’t have really long or sharp nails. It was very uncomfortable since I have a bad knee is this Matt was so thin it provided absolutely no padding between me and the floor not to mention I was tired of little purple speckles all over my floor cuz it just ripped for no reason. I I was warned that it was a frequently returned item but I wasn’t willing to invest much money until I was sure I was going to at least sort of stick with yoga which has proven to be something I absolutely love which shocked even me. The only good thing about this Matt is sometimes I do put it over my thicker mat because my instigmat is smoother so sometimes I’ve noticed my hands will slide like in downward dog and dismant tends to be less slippery, so it is good as far as not sliding around on the positions if I’m getting sweaty with I’m doing it like a really long online class. If you know you like yoga don’t waste your money on this one You’re going to return it I promise, unless you do want something to put over a mat that’s too slippery, it does do good as far as not being slippery and if you don’t mind you know sweeping up little purple particles or whatever you choose in color because it’s going to shed everywhere.

    Get what you paid for
    It’s so cheap. When I first starting using it the mat pieces where already coming off. This might be good on a budget but if you want something sturdy just pay a little bit more because this is definitely not sturdy.

    Es muy cómodo, dice que es para dormir pero yo lo uso para hacer ejercicio, los tenis si lo rasgan, por lo que es mejor para yoga o cosas así, aun así me encanta
