    Give your kids a firm foundation in life
    Having read ‘Happy Family Life’ by this Dutch author I decided to read her book ‘Yoga for Kids’ as well. After all she is a yoga teacher for kids for many years, so should know her subject. And I must say I am delighted to have read it; so much fun to see these wonderful pictures of her children doing yoga exercises and seeing that they are enjoying themselves. I learned a lot about the benefits of yoga. I am convinced it is good to start doing yoga at an early age.

    A very nice, comprehensive book about doing yoga with children between 2-6 years old. For starters and professionals! The full color photo’s are clear and easy to follow. Each exercise not only has a description how you can do the exercice but also why you should dot it. Yoga for kids provides a wide selection: yoga to activate, to calm down, how to do simple breathing exercises, how to massage. And even how you can integrate songs and cuddels into yoga. With this book you learn everyting you need to know how to start practicing yoga with young childeren. I can warmly recommend this book!
