    This is how you do it…
    This book was so great, with lots of awesome tips for us “curvy” yoginis out there. The pictures and descriptions were very helpful. I know I will be referring back to them a lot. I loved this book from start to finish and highly recommend it.

    Excellent beginner’s guide complete with easy instructions and cute/realistic graphics.
    Loved the extensive section on the benefits of yoga – I knew it was good but had no idea there so many. This is the perfect beginners yoga book, with actual curvy girl graphics demonstrating each pose and super easy to follow instructions. The chapter on yoga for winter blues and depression was just what I needed!

    If you’re a beginner this book is for you. It provide explanations on different types of yoga and great tips. My favorite are the recipes for smoothies.

    What a great book. I have a much better understanding of Yoga and the principles and different types that are out there. The instructions for each pose were so easy to follow and I loved the pictures that were included as well.Plus – there were some bonus materials included at the end that were a pleasant surprise!

    Needs audio
    It’s difficult to try and read and try to perform the poses (to me sure you’re doing them right.)I typically avoid audio books because I love to read, but if I’m trying to concentrate and try to do poses properly so I don’t hurt myself, I wish this had an audio option.I like this book because unlike the other books or instructional videos for “beginners,” they still aren’t for people who are 50lbs overweight, have more curves, or are absolutely zero athleticism, strength or flexibility.I thought about joining a class but I’m just not they’re yet. I’m very self-conscious and practically hermetic, another reason I got this book. I’m trying to better myself and take steps in that direction.

    As a curvy girl I love this book
    As a curvy girl I love this book. It’s helped me get into shape better. since seriously braking my foot last year I’m not able to jog much anymore and this has definitely helped me gain more strength and movement in my foot along with helping my sciatica and all around well being. I’m very happy I bought this and recommend it to my sister who also really likes this book.

    There is a typo. But as someone whos never done yoga before, this book is very good. Clear instructions easy to follow. Great pictures.

    Disappointed with the so called “pictures”. I was expecting actual photos, not a roughly sketched outline (see the book cover, as an example).
