Well worth the money savings of a gym membership
For beginners these cards make it easy. I was able to go through and sort out the cards I am not ready for. Because of the image, written description and being able to scan the card to watch a video I was able to convince my husband to try yoga also. Before our session, we shuffle the cards, cut the cards and take a section to complete. We will either go until we run out of cards or up to an hour, whichever comes first. It takes the guess work out and makes our yoga sessions relaxing and enjoyable.

Great for experienced and beginner users
We have the yoga, body weight and kettle bell cards!!! They are all excellent!!! My husband is now doing yoga regularly and I am doing kettle bells because of these cards. In particular, we like that they are rated by skill level. We have found the ratings to be super accurate!!! Mixing up the body weight and kettle bell cards makes for a great workout!!! The yoga cards are a great way to add some diversity to weight / cardio heavy workout regimens

Trainee in a box!
Iâm not pleased at all with the packaging of this product. As you can see from the pictures posted as soon as I opened the box it fell apart & I wasnât happy about that. Yes, I can glue it back together but I shouldnât have to, especially before Iâve even been able to use them. I ordered the bodyweight stack, flexibility stack & the resistance band stack also. The packaging held together fine on the other 3. The flexibility stack had a glossy feel/finish on the box (which I preferred), the other boxes were more of a flat matte finish/feel. I do like the magnetic closures, great touch! I also like the QR codeâs which take you to YouTube videos of the exercise, I think this will be very helpful, very good idea. I just received my shipment last night so Iâm looking forward to utilizing the cards in the next day or so. I think it was a very good idea to add the suggested fitness levels to the cards & color code them with respect to the body area that the particular card focuses on. The time and rep suggestions are beneficial also. Overall I give the cards a 5 but I felt the need to take one star away due to the packaging falling apart as soon as it was opened. These are little trainers in a box!

I got these for quick reference while practicing my form. Iâm very out of shape and older so I need to go slow and get the form right. These have a QR code right on the card you can scan and it goes quickly to utube for a no nonsense clear video on how to perform it. I like that they are also playing cards with suits on them. These are very useful and versatile. Well worth it!

Love them…but why is everyone white?
I love these cards! They are great for helping guide asana practice in a fun way! The reason I give it 3 stars versus 5 stars is that I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of diversity in the yogi illustrations on these cards. Every single yogi is caucasian or light skin toned. There is diversity in gender, hair color, and even the clothing; but there is not a single person of color represented in the face of these cards. Yoga is beautifully diverse! These cards did such an amazing job in so many arenas and missed the mark totally to celebrate cultural diversity with this product. Do better, be better.

I love these cards so much
These cards are amazing! They make yoga so much easier because I don’t have to plan a workout or find a video. The cards are attractive. I haven’t used the QR codes because I haven’t needed to. The description of the poses are really -written, and the pictures are easy to understand.I bought the base deck. I highly recommend you buy the Mega Deck. The base deck is fine, but I already want more cards. I’m hoping they will someday release expansion packs (I’ve looked for some. If they exist, I haven’t found them).

Easy and fun to use. The yoga cards are part of my morning routine now. I shuffle the deck and work my way through for however much time I have 15, 30, 45 minutes, itâs easy to adjust. Iâve since ordered the bodyweight and dumbbell cards. I love them!
