Or TRAVEL! I have some amazing cork blocks that I just adore, but they are very heavy! I got these in case one of my kids wants to join me, OR if I take the blocks with me out. I really like them for certain poses too because they are thinner than my cork ones so it is a nice set to have. Great for garland pose! as I feel like I’m not just squatting on a block, I guess. These are a pretty pink color, with a hint of sparkle to them in sunlight which I like a LOT. I just have to make sure they stay away from the cats… RIP my old foam blocks, live and learn!The edges are smooth too, so that is nice on the hands

The school’s cafeteria floor and our house’s tiled floor are very hard on my arthritic knees and feet with high arches. I already have a yoga mat, but I have needed something on which I can hold or anchor myself so that I can get down and up easier. I ordered these biguphate Yoga Blocks Set of 2 and was tickled I got a deep purple color to match my mat. The dimensions are 8.9″ x 6.7″ x 3″. After I removed them from a layer of cellophane, it was easy to clean off any residue with a little soap and water. They are nonslip and a good aid for your stability getting up from the floor. I think the current price of $15.99 for this set of 2 yoga blocks is comparable to other sets that are also available on Amazon.
