    Beautiful and fun book
We LOVED this book. My two and a half year old grandson loved the animal photos which inspired him to try the poses. The rhymes are delightful. The book is gorgeous and fun to look at. It has a dynamic Colorful layout which keeps us engaged. I really appreciated the list of poses at the end. Great finish to a beautiful book. We have other yoga for kids books but this one is our favorite. Using animals was a master idea. I’ll definitely be buying more of these for gifts

I received a copy of this book from the publisher. All thoughts and opinions are my own.Have you ever noticed how animals stretch? Perhaps you have a pet cat or dog? Warm, colorful and inspiring book and author!
We loved this book! Gorgeous National Geographic photos of animals for kids to connect with, Tara Stiles yoga wisdom and poses that made my daughter and wife laugh out loud as they did them. Just the thing we needed in this SIP time, and indoor time as fires burn here in N Cal, or for anytime. We even took the book to a friend’s to see how the kids might do it together. They loved it. Many giggles along the way!We were also lucky enough to see Tara Stiles on her live Youtube moments and then have a private chat, enjoying her authenticity and laughter which was infectious and helped us connect even more to the book to feel the real person behind the teaching. The book brings much color and play into our lives which we are thankful for and highly recommend! Yeah for Yoga Animals: A Wild Introduction to Yoga!

    Wet Box
I love the book. Unfortunately the box was left on porch in the rain. Leaving both the box and unsealed or protected book wet. I have warped pages and some water damage.

It’s fun to stretch with wild animals!
Animals stretch and so do people. In this cute book by author Paige Towler and a forward by Tara Stiles shares easy ways kids can learn and practice yoga poses. Oversized words with rhyming bounce can be found on each page along with vibrant photos of animals stretching and kids stretching too. The back pages have a description of how to do the stretches and also information about each of the animals shared on these pages. Parents, caregivers and teachers can use this as a tool to get and keep kids active while they learn yoga.

Absolutely wonderful book and perfect to let littles ones have a taste of yoga. No nonsense complicated poses. Just simple guidance and a cute little animal fact. I noticed this book being mentioned in the National Geographic magazine, so ordered a copy. I am a yoga teacher & a grannie, with 3 young grandchildren who do yoga at school. However the book is just a bit disappointing. A glossy book with nice art work, cute animal photos, & 9 yoga poses for £12.99. I felt that there was really not a lot of substance between the covers. Yes, I know it is for children, but it is a bit lightweight. Maybe it will get bought by parents & grandparents because the children have a block of yoga classes at school.
