This book is fantastic
HelloI really like your book. I was very attracted to the pictures. I like that there is a human pose and an animal pose so we can be sure of what the pose should look like. Animal pose is more fun and better for young children. I also like the very detailed and picturesque description of the pose. How it is performed and what are its benefits for the body. The book is really great and I believe that little yogis, parents and teachers of yoga for children will gain a lot from this book. Congratulations on a job well done. Cirila from Slovenia

Loved it
As young as one year old my daughter was interested in doing yoga with me. I was looking for a kids’ book about yoga and this one is just perfect! She loves animals so it’s great that all the yoga poses are connected to its animal. We love the book!

Fun introduction to childrenâs yoga!
I really love this book and how it can be used with children. I will be including it in children yoga classes. The layout is well thought out with the introduction to the animal yogi characters, to the steps and the benefits of the poses, including the modifications and extensions, along with the wacky facts. My favorites are the balancing bear and the stretchy giraffe. The relaxation at the end is lovely and I enjoyed learning the facts about the giraffe and their tongues!I also love the coloring book, especially as an extension possibility to reinforce what they learned about the yoga poses.

Fun yoga for kids
I love that this author has related yoga poses to animals which makes it more fun for kids and something they can remember. The adult helper can learn the correct techniques and actual names of poses which as someone that has done yoga for years – I canât ever remember. May be too wordy for some but I like all the information.
