Wow! This is a coloring book?
This book is really excellent for what it is. But I am not sure that coloring book is the correct name for it. It is a drawing book It is a guide to human anatomy. It is based on real science. It shows how yoga poses impact both muscles and organs. And it can be used in many ways. As an amateur cartoonist I will use it as a reference book for anatomically accurate drawings of the human figure in action. I know I can’t recommend it to everyone, but I strongly recommend it to anyone whose hobbies would make it useful.

Unique book on the benefits of Yoga
A very interesting, engaging and extremely useful book! Educational for all ages. Introducing poses for both neurological health and general yoga this book is great. Use it for your child or yourself as coloring book or for practice. The pose “master baby grasshopper ” I had never heard of after years of taking Hatha Yoga. I’m so excited to have access to this book. it is so beneficial, the ancient discipline of Yoga is so strong and necessary. i highly recommend this book!

Book seems to try too hard.
Honestly this book was a bit strange to me, itâs a coloring book trying to educate on bones muscles and organs but leaving each piece blank so the reader can label it themselves. The author says itâs to make it fun but isnât the idea of coloring, to have fun anyways? It just seems like the book is trying to accomplish too much. Itâs okay to just be a coloring book.

Creative mix of personal interests to learn more about anatomy and yoga
Iâm always looking for unique ways to learn, in this case about yoga and anatomy. Often when you take content you need to learn and connect it to something you do physically, the connection is deeper. That is the case with this book. Memorizing anatomy while looking at a book was the old way of learning. But connecting the anatomy to specific parts, while coloring them and learning new poses has been really helpful. Loads of anatomy terms along with drawings to cover all or any area of choice. Great learning tool.

Cool Idea
This is really a cool idea. I’ve been dabbling with Yoga for years, but have recently become more serious. I also like to color. I thought this looked interesting and a fun way to study. I see some of the poses, though, and know I’ll never be able to do them. lolI’d like one for the more common poses, too.

Another great coloring book with educational value
As a retired educator of 26 years experience, if this book were available while teaching, I would have purchased it for my students to use not only to color, but to learn the various muscle and skeletal systems of the human body, plus teaching yoga techniques. I know my female teenage students would have loved it.

Coloring and learning
Learn while you color. You can learn anatomy and yoga poses. Pretty cool.

I’m relatively new to yoga but an expert at coloring!
I liked the idea of a yoga anatomy coloring book, so I was pretty impressed by the pages. The cool thing is it’s like a workbook so the coloring pages don’t have the answers. They are for you to fill in. Plus you get to learn about yoga poses. Different type of coloring book if you’re into that kind of thing.
