Quite fun
I bought this as a different kind of anatomy review for class and it has been great. Not super detailed but very accurate origin and insertions. Plus, great tips for a yoga lover.

Nice coloring book.
I really like this coloring book for yoga! It helps to learn the muscles a person is stretching, plus, it has added tips about the body which is nice! Highly recommend.

Incredible learning tool
I will be leading my first ever 200 hour YTT in a few months and I purchased this book to do myself and then see if I want to have my trainees buy it too. I am obsessed! It’s well written and well-organized. I enjoy the humor and light-hearted writing and well thought out illustrations. I’ve learned so much through coloring – much more than I ever have through listening or reading (makes sense since I’m a kinesthetic learner). I know my trainees will benefit immensely from this book. I may just buy volume 2 when I’m done 🙂

This book is amazing!!!
I am SO in love with this book. I am fairly new yoga instructor, and anatomy has always been one of my weaknesses when it comes to learning. There’s just so much information and it is overwhelming to me. This book has made learning anatomy so fun. I look forward to opening it up everyday! The descriptions of movements and parts of the body are so clear and concise, and it is so incredibly helpful with the coloring guides and illustrations on how everything works together. I would definitely recommend this book. I just wish I got it sooner!!

Basic muscle anatomy, but doesnât go into muscle functions with each yoga pose
Was expecting this book to be more yoga centered and demonstrate more of what the muscles were doing during the poses rather than just go over the anatomy. Cool book to learn the muscles with the body in yoga poses but doesnât give as much of a functional perspective as I was looking for. Has a lot of good anatomy information in the pages and interesting yoga info but again doesnât dive into the functional side deep enough. There was one page listing the agonists/antagonist/prime mover muscles and I was excited for more but unfortunately that was the only page- I wanted a whole book like that.

Great Tool for all to learn about the human anatomy and itâs functions.
This is an incredible education for fellow yogis as well as a great way to teach both kids and adults about our bodies and the functions of our muscular system and bone structure. Was never one to be interested in anatomy, but the creativity of this book makes it fun and interesting. Thanks Kelly for this most informative book and as the owner or Aurorae Yoga I will definitely be promoting this book to all my yogis.I showed this book to my son who is a Chiropratic Physician and he was very impressed with the level of detail and descriptions the author uses. Heâs going to get the book so he can use it as an educational tool with his patients as he sends many to yoga to help with their back and neck pain!Wonderful JobNamaste
