    Will use some of these yoga poses.
    Some of the poses are useful for seniors. Others simply look far beyond the ability of most seniors. Also, would have been nice to see older people in the photos.

    Most of these are very doable for seniors – liked the pictures showing how to do the poses. Only negative is you might get your wall dirty! Recommended.
