It’s well made but a bit too thin to protect the knees. It includes a flimsy bag to carry it with you but a sturdy strap to carry it around would be preferable.

I use this mat every day for yoga! Itâs sturdy and well made. It doesnât slide on the floor when Iâm doing downward dog or positions that put that kind of pressure on it. It stands up to being thrown in my trunk everyday. Itâs a good size for my needs! I am pleased with it!

This is long and wide enough that I can exercise comfortably; not too thin but JUST RIGHT thickness!

Only good thing is the size.
The size of this yoga mat is good. But thatâs the only good part. I practice yoga daily. This mat is easily scratched by moving a finger or toe along its surface. I keep fingernails and toenails very short, so that isnât the problem. The end edges also stay curled up no matter which direction I roll it up. The mat is also very slippery. Especially in downward dog, my hands slip forward on me.Very disappointing.

Perfect size but is not grippy at all, I slip and slide even when just in downward dog. Good for just general stretching but not great for actual yoga.

Not a great mat, certainly not worth what paid for it. Size is great but that’s about it. Poor quality and can’t return it.
