I’m impressed
I am impressed with this book. It’s certainly better than the training manual I received with my expensive course. I haven’t seen anything else like it as I troll Amazon. Some other books are bogged down and not engaging to read. So far, this is an interesting read by someone who clearly knows her area and how to convey it prospective teachers. The table of contents indicates it will cover the material fully. I’ll let you know if I change my thinking. Someone complained about the lack of an index. Indices are expensive to include in books. Yes, one would be nice, but in this special interest market they are a luxury. I don’t mind the glossary in the front in this case. Tells me where I’m going. Search feature on kindle version is a great tool. Namaste.

Amazing Resource!
Marta is an amazing teacher! So knowledgeable and cultured in her craft. This book is full of yogic wisdom as well as down to earth knowledge for new yoga teachers. This book is sure to be a hit with seasoned yoga teachers as well as the newbies. It isn’t well organized and does have misspellings and typos, but that doesn’t bother me. I haven’t found anything as complete as this for the price anywhere. Buy now!

Just getting into it.
Iâm just getting into this book. Iâm fairly new to the practice of Yoga, but I really want to learn. This is one of three Yoga books Iâve recently purchased. Iâll use them as reference. And I cannot understand why not one these books has an Index. A real index. It makes no sense to me. Can the author explain?

BUYER BEWARE
The bits of wisdom here and there throughout the manual are overshadowed by the fact that this manual is 100% lacking of any kind of organization or editing that would make it actually useful. The manual begins with a glossary of terms, which is unusual. This belongs at the back of the book. There are also several repeated terms, which show that there was literally no editing or care put into tying together loose ends before publishing. As for the rest of the book, it isn’t organized in any sensible way and, if you found a line or paragraph or technique that you like, there would be no way to reference it because you can’t search the book for topics based on chapters. So you better write it down or mark it because you won’t ever find it again. No care was put into making this useful as a product on Amazon and it honestly should not be listed here because it does non meet minimum standards.

Still a Bit on the Confused Side…
I am still reading this book and I’m still trying to comprehend as I am currently doing a 200HR yoga teacher training course online. Not sure if this review will change later but we will see.

A lot of mistakes and misunderstanding about scientific nutrition. Not talking about aminos. Sells bad And unprecised ideas for nervous systems. More imaginations than scientific facts and logics in the nutrition part do your own researchs… Do not understand the causes of arthritis etc and give advice than will make it worse.
