Big little book
It’s such a cute little mini book, but it’s not a lightweight. When I try to explain what I love about meditation and yoga to skeptical friends and family, I never feel like I’ve done it justice. It’s hard to explain how big yoga is. This little book is the answer – succinct and insightful. Now I just quote from it, or lend it out, it doesn’t waste words like I do, it provides just enough to explain the important parts and (hopefully) spark their interest. But it’s more than just a well written introduction to yoga, the poses are chosen thoughtfully and flow well. I have read many good (thick!) books on yoga that are certainly valuable, but this little book is a good value as well and packs a lot of good stuff between the covers.

Unique and perfect for travel
I think I have all of Elaine’s mini yoga books. Each one is unique and has a unique focus. This one is no different with the various tapping and movements to relieve stress both mentally and physically.It’s true you have to “learn” how to use these little books often flipping back to figure out what to do next but once you learn it’s no big deal. You do it and you get the amazing benefits.I really like her unique exercises and how each book has a “easy” section that is not too strenuous but very effective.Oh perfect for travel.
