Great Yoga Guide
This is an excellent yoga book for seniors. It is well-written and extensive. Plus, the author explains what you should and shouldn’t do, what to wear, the equipment needed, and uses real people to show the posesâwhich is helpful because many books have simple drawings instead.

I have read a few chair yoga books for seniors and one of the struggle is the illustrations. Sometimes it is really difficult to understand the pose when the picture is too small or too vague. However, I like this book with photos by human! Though the model is not a senior! But that is fine. The book is well-structured and detailed and covers everything you need to know.

There are a lot of books about chair yoga out there at the moment, but this one is certainly one of the better ones. It has lots of illustrations and links to videos, which are crucial when trying to understand the poses. My mother enjoyed it very much.

A decent enough book and the images are clear. Iâd like to see a more normal size model though. I liked the information at the start, but maybe there was too much of it.
