This mat is perfect in every way except it could just be a little bit more padded when on a hard floor.grip wise is the best ive ever used! its also hard wearing. the smell is a bit strong at first like fishy rubber but it fades quite quickly. Its perfect for use on carpet but i might invest in the thinner (travel one) and lay it over another mat when the classes start again on a hard floor.

Vino con las instrucciones de uso y de cómo limpiarlo. Es agradable al tacto y no es pesado, pero tampoco se vuela.Lo limpio con una toalla húmeda y vinagre y se seca super rápido. Eso sÃ, al tener fibras naturales, cuando deslizas los pies o arrastras las manos, queda como una especie de pátina blanca (como cuando borras con goma un escrito en lápiz), pero se limpia facilÃsimo. Lo recomiendo totalmente. Lo compré en color gris humo.
