    Cute and effective
This is yet another great installment in this series of kids books. With words and illustrations, the book teaches kids simple yoga techniques that can keep them healthy in mind and body. The illustrations show poses for the visual learner, which is such a great aid for children especially. It is fun and engaging and sure to pique your child’s interest.

    A very nice book
Everything a youngster needs to know about yoga is clarified in this book. It is presented in a way that motivates kids to experiment with Yoga. We all know yoga has a number of real advantages and you can easily enjoy experiencing it with the images and excellent introduction for kids.

    Nothing Negative About Yoga
Yoga has many benefits to it, like all movement. I particularly like that it helps with balance and that it incorporates breathing too. It is simple and can be practiced anywhere. I like the fact that this little book contains the basics of yoga for all to learn.

  4. Eric Shoars

Another excellent installment in the “Little Book of” series
This series of books does a terrific job of introducing kids to new things but also encourages to engage in the activities in addition to learning more about them. As more schools introduce yoga or activities like it as a way to calm kids, this intro to yoga provides context of why millions of people engage in this activity as exercise or as a way to help calm themselves/reduce anxiety. The only quibble I have with the book is that there are some simple to us words and phrases that I wish the author had expanded on slightly i.e. “when the body and the mind are not in harmony”. What does that mean for a child who may not be familiar with that concept? All in all, another homerun in the series.
