    Absolute Must Have resource for yoga teachers
    Phenomenal book, an absolute must have for yoga teachers. These Yoga Nidra scripts are beautiful and poetic. This book has inspired my class planning and offers everything you need for Yoga Nidra. I bought the paperback to read and now just got the ebook to use in class. The layout makes it easy to use for Yoga Nidra and all my other yoga classes as well. It is a treasure for yoga teachers.There are 30 Yoga Nidra scripts that include creative and beautiful journeys. The voice is very warm and welcoming. Each meditation is totally unique from start to finish. I really like that the author put in some restorative pose instruction, class ideas, and creative activities to create a fuller experience. I use the Yin Yoga & Meditation book Sagel wrote all the time so I was super excited to find this book~If you are a yoga teacher, this book is going to make your class planning a LOT easier.     Excellent Resource for Guided Meditations – Great tool for Teachers or personal use!
    I own a lot of books on guided meditation and yoga nidra scripting. I am also a trained teacher and provider of guided meditation on a weekly basis. This book is well organized, provides wonderful script ideas that integrate several styles of yoga nidra and prompts for theme, timing and use. This book and its well written content helped get me out of my burned out mode and actually helped me write some new material for myself. I am very appreciate to have a reference tool like this – actually feels like I went to a retreat or training without having to travel. Many thanks to Sagel for her lovely and well done book. Recently acquired and while I have been trained in and deliver and write my own scripts…was needing a refresh and ideas. Love your format!

    A Must Have Resource
    This book should be in every yoga instructors library. It is beautifully written with an abundance of scripts to choose from. Sagel is a gifted teacher. I was fortunate to take my Yin training with her in person. I have both of her books and regularly turn to them for her expertise and knowledge.

    A book full of wisdom
    I have so enjoyed this book so far. Not only does Sagel provide scripts if you are lacking confidence or creativity in the classroom but she also provides a list of props and postures, encouragement for journaling to find your own voice as both teacher and students, introduction to Yoga Nidra and Sankalpas. She has scripts for everything from stability and peace to comfort during winter scripts. I particularly enjoyed the “Reconnect with the Calm Within” script.Sagel writes in a way that is accessible, easy to understand, and compatible to a variety of learning styles (visual, auditory, and kinesthetic). Sagel is a very trusted source to help inspire your practice and your teaching. She also draws from the wisdom of other teachers in this practice.This will be a book that I revisit over and over again. I look forward to learning more from Sagel’s wisdom and the wisdom of the guides that Sagel quotes in her book. This would be a great gift for a new yoga teacher. Also, its just a beautiful book to have on your bookshelf!Thank you Sagel for this gift to the world!

    ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’d give this book ten stars if I could!
    I would give this book ten stars if I could! This book is phenomenal.I have primarily used the Bihar scripts in my classes because they are effective and grounded in something deeper. Then, I found this book! It is awesome for planning because it has thoughtful class ideas and pose instructions. The sections are easy to follow and also get creative with. The scripts themselves are so beautiful, all 30 of them! And they really take you to a different, deeper place. I hear it from my students and feel it myself (I record the scripts to use before I teach them). The experience is just profound. I am so grateful I found this book.

    A clear path to a transformational practice!!
    This book is a gift! As a teacher and practitioner of yoga nidra, I am grateful for sections within the yoga nidra scripts to provide ” Complementary Inspiration”. These inspirations include additional prompts to enhance and create more depth to each practice. I forsee using them in my classes and my personal practice to provide deeper meaning and integration to the many profound benefits of yoga nidra. As Sagel described in her book, the possibilities of scripts are endless as parts of different scripts can be combined to fit a particular effect. The easy to use and follow format of each practice will be a great help in my creating my own scripts. Also, teachers and practitioners alike could keep a written progression of the life changing effects of this practice through the use of journals that Sagel describes in Chapter 9. Enjoy this gem of a resource!

    I am a yoga teacher and have been offering yoga nidra with sound baths for years. I’ve always written my own scripts, but have lately been uninspired to write something new. This was the perfect solution. The scripts are very adaptable, and well written, so it takes the pressure off of me to keep writing my own. Very useful purchase!

    Whether you are new to yoga nidra or an experienced practitioner this book is an excellent resource. It outlines all the basic concepts of yoga niidra and provides 30 excellent scripts. Often when I’ve bought books with any type of guided imagery I pick and choose only a few, but i loved every script this book has to offer. They’re creative, insightful, deep and healing.

    What a wonderful book!! I have been teaching yoga for 15 years and have a few books on yoga Nidra, most of which I very similar and not too inspiring. But this book is a real gem, the author’s language is just lovely and so much nicer than most Nidra scripts (much better than I could write myself). A real treasure for any teacher.
