When I heard that Amy and Taro were revising their book, I decided to reread the original, which I first read in 2017. I reminisced the pre-pandemic days of large, crowded yoga classes. I had to buy this book for my YTT 200 hours course but I have the feeling that the writer has some sort of agreement with the training course provider so they force you to buy the book.It’s not really that bad but to be fair anyone with a little common sense and social media knowledge would find this book useless. I know I did.
