    A timely update
I have been using the first edition for years referring to it frequently as a yoga teacher. After completing my 300 Hr training with Mark this update is very timely and relevant. Much effort was put into this version to improve and modernize. Its will be my go to reference for many years to come.

    Love This 2nd Edition!
I have the first edition which was a purchase I made because I am currently taking a yoga teacher training and it was recommended. I also have two other books from the same author! This edition has more pictures and more laid out information. Very please and highly recommend for any yoga student, no matter which class you’re attending for your certifications!

    Pages missing… Publisher error
This book and author is amazing… no question about that at all. But there is a problem with the book… pages 147-178 are missing! And another section of the book pages 115-146 shoes up twice… It’s obviously a publisher’s error. I returned the book for a replacement and found the replacement had the same problem, so I’ve had to return for a refund. I hope the publishing issue gets fixed soon so I can buy the whole book. On a down side… I didn’t realize the book was not complete until I’d read and highlighted other parts of the book with notes… even though the book is defective, Amazon still wanted me to return it, which means I lost all those notes, kind of a bummer.
