Quality Bands
These bands are great and provide a lot of resistance. Versatile bands that you can use to make your current regiment more challenging. One of the best things about these bands is that the resistance level is written on each band. Such a simple thing really makes the workout better. I am impressed with the quality of the bands and the customer service. When I ordered these bands I was in the middle of a move and the company sent me another set of bands free of charge immediately once they realized the first set was at my old address. Many companies do not provide this type of customer support. Thank you!

Great product – FANTASTIC COMPANY!
First let me say, I love love LOVE these bands. They are durable, extremely portable and just what I needed to work on a persistent piriformis issue as well as a shoulder issue.I was therefore disappointed when my order arrived and I was missing the “light” resistance band. Instead I received two of the heavy bands.So I contacted customer service and seriously – WITHIN HOURS of my emailing, I was in direct contact with a rep who handled my problem politely and most of all – effectively! Thank you, Natalie A. for getting me the missing band. I will not hesitate to buy from this company in the future. In fact, I will seek them out!

I ordered these bands for home workouts during covid-19. I have used several other SR products and have loved them all! These were no different – they arrived quickly, and are high quality and a great value. The range in resistance is great, and i love the little carrying bag they came with – i am learning a lot of new moves and can bring them to the gym with me once the gyms reopen. Definitely recommend!

I really like using these bands at home and doing specific exercise videos with them. I’ve used them for leg, arm, back and other workouts. The bag makes it convenient to bring to the gym as well. I really like the different levels of resistance. They haven’t stretched out at all after using them frequently. They have all kept the shape and resistance. One thing I did notice is the smell of the bands lingers on your hands and skin. Its just a rubber type scent. Other than that I really have enjoyed these resistance bands. The colors are also really cute.

DURABLE
During the current health pandemic, I have created a at home gym. This is my second pair of bands. The first set I ordered from another company (because Sports Research was out of stock) was chalky and flemsey. I also only received 3 bands. I received an email Sport research bands was back in stock as my temporary solution left me unsatisfied. First off, for the same price as the other company I received 5 bands from Sports research and they are very sturdy without the chalky feel. So far I am pleased.

A workout essential!
I can’t believe I waited so long to try resistance bands! Due to COVID-19, our gym was closed and we had to find out a way to exercise at home. It was so good that it’s going to be part of our routines even with gyms open! I had to look up workouts and exercises with them because the instructions with these are kind of terrible but the actual bands have been durable and easy.If you have wider thighs like my wife you may want to find a band that rolls less, but that’s our only complaint. None have snapped even with hard use. There’s good progression in the sizes. Overall a really great buy.

Sturdy and thick material
I had ordered another before and as soon as I tried to exercise with it, it became like a tube from a belt !!!!Then I ordered wider and thicker cloth kind material and it wouldnât stretch at all !!!Finally, this arrived and itâs perfect

Good Exercise Resistance Bands
My trainer recommended that I buy these, and I am glad I did. They are individually wrapped and in soft colors. They are graded as light, medium, heavy, etc. and each resistance strength is a different color with the grade printed on it. I am now using the heavy one for squats. I think these are a good tool for building strength.
