Exactly what I needed
This pad is great. Iâm using it to balance WTH one foot in front of the other. The muscles in my feet and ankles are already getting stronger. After years of working as a nurse on my feet, always wearing high top shoes, thinking I was protecting my ankles and feet, turns out I was actually weakening them. I am 72 now, and no longer needing the high tops to be able to think on my feet. But I find myself rehabbing the damage. I loved being a nurse, but now Iâm working hard to use the pad, just to stand on it, I can feel the muscles in my feet working.

Great for both PT and Yoga
I use this often in doing PT for hip and back as well as yoga. Seems like it will last a long time. Almost too corn for some things though

Works great for vestibular rehab
Be careful to get a balance pad that is big enough for your needs. I looked at some other pads that were less expensive, from other manufacturers, only to find that they were too small for me. Before I bought, I did some measurements with a tape measure and realized that on the smaller sized pads, my feet in US menâs size 11.5 would be hanging over the edges in order for me to be in the correct position. This pad is a little bit firmer than the ones they have where I go for PT. But, it still has enough give to allow you to have to work on staying balanced. It has an embossed diamond pattern on all sides , which may help keep you from slipping. Since youâre sinking into the material, anyway, that doesnât make that much difference.Overall, Iâm very happy with this purchase. It works great for vestibular rehab.
