Plant Guru has done it again with their blends!!!!!
I love this blend….I done my research into all the top essential oil companies and I keep coming back to Plant Guru. Yes, I tried some of the top ones, they were nice but they just don’t have that extra that Plant Guru does. After trying several oils, I decided to try one of their blends, and chose this one. Wow!!!! This blend kicks ass. I have diffusers at my home and in my office. I decided to try it out at home first. First time was during a thunderstorm that was getting pretty bad and when you have a 40 lb dog who is terrified of storms you need something to calm you down and her. I put in a few drops in my diffuser and the smell was awesome. Before I knew it I heard snores from my fur baby and that has never happened before during a storm. I then decided to try some at work. Again I was blown away. Several people stopped by my office just to ask what that was and how calm they felt. So yes this the street relief blend you are looking for to kick stress ass.

This had added a big difference in my life!!
I purchased it because of my hormones giving me some trouble. The describe of the Stress Relief that it was for it was what I needed. I have been using every morning and night before bed on bottom of feet, behind my knees, wrist and each side of my neck. I can really see that it is really helped me better than anything that I have used. Where I usually get stressed I couldnât think clearly. Since I have used Stress Relief I feel more clearer and not so stressed. I highly recommend it. I donât use anything anymore but natural prescriptions and essential oils because what a doctor gave me some prescriptions that when I was doing work that I had done for almost 10 years I didnât know how to even start. I told my daughter and she find out the natural doctor that my preacherâs wife was going to. I have been going to them for about 3 years and I can truely see a big difference it and the essential oils.

It seems fine. Scent is fine
It seems fine. Scent is fine. Just don’t notice any difference in my stress levels. But, perhaps I am just not the kind of person who responds to Aromatherapy. Delivery was on time and product was exactly as described if that helps.

Surprisingly pleasant
I was unsure of this when I opened the package I could smell it already and wasnât pleased..I donât like earthy smells I prefer girly or sweet smells BUT this is very smooth and nice. I suffer from anxiety and depression and along with my CBD everyday I start my defuser and I promise it does help you relax.. a nice smooth smell, some good tv .. itâs helping keep me calm. Hard to focus on stress when all you can focus on is a smell right? Right! I wouldnât recommend adding a ton or shakes i can smell it in my bedroom from the living room. Iâd also recommend adding vanilla to this smell.. Iâm going too!

Too woodsy for me, better after adding some vanilla and citrus
I have been getting into aromatherapy lately and purchased an aroma diffuser. I would like to get into mixing different blends to experience the full benefits of aromatherapy and I am slowly trying out different scents. I have been very happy with Plant Guruâs line of essential oils. I did not care for the overly woodsy scent of Stress relief synergy blend. It helped when I added a few more drops of grapefuit, lemon and vanilla oil.So far I have tried;Pink Grapefruit: Fresh, sweet citrus smell. Helps with oily prone skin. Brightens your day and uplifts your spirits.Eucalyptus: Woodsy, medicinal smell. Wonderful for combating the effects of colds and flu as well as keeping insects at bay. Great on sore muscles and joints.Peppermint: I love putting a few drops in my whipped body butters. Great as a foot cream before climbing into bedSpearmint: Reminds me of chewing gum. A drop or two in your ice tea is delicious.Clove: This one, mixed with cinnamon smells great in the winter. It gives a warm, cozy feeling.Tea tree: Cannot beat its antifungal properties. I have put on full strength when my son got ringworm while wrestling in high school. Worked great.Ylang Ylang: Delicate, sweet floral scent. Blends well with bergamot, grapefruit, lavender and sandalwood. Great as an aid to fight depression and help with stress, gives you a happy feeling.Lavender: Very strong floral scent of the woody Lavender plant. Blends well with Ylang Ylang, Lemon, geranium and bergamot. Works best in soaps and candles or a few drops in your diffuser at night to aid sweet dreams. Plant Guruâs does not give me a headache like other brands of lavender has.Lemon: Yummy lemon. Great in my whipped body butter. Gives the kitchen and bathroom a fresh, clean smell when used in a diffuser.Cinnamon: Use alone or mix with clove essential in your diffuser during the winter months. It gives a warm, cozy feeling to your home.Vanilla: Sweet, yummy smell. Makes my house feel peaceful. Probably my families all time favorite scent for the diffuser.Disclosure: I received this sample product at a free or discount rate in exchange for an honest appraisal of the item. Excellent
I normally donât like blends of essential oils but this one was a pleasant surprise. I also usually donât like patchouli so I was weary of this blend. But the combination of oils especially the bergamot and orange are very nice and stress relieving. I put dabs on my wrists or on my lava bead bracelet. It lasts all day on the bracelet. I would recommend this blend to anyone with stress / everyday anxiety.

Try it. It wont hurt !
It doesn’t work like taking a tranquilizer but it does help. And with no bad side effects. AND , this may be weird, but putting a few drops around my kitchen sink keeps ants away. I have a recurring problem with ants there and have to b careful what I use in the area around sink . This oil really keeps them away , smells nice and while I do try to keep it off food and eating utensils , I’m not as concerned with using this as some ant poisons.
